Please reconsider your casting choices. Common I think is fine as the green lantern. If your not going to cast Brandon Routh like you should please make a stronger choice than you have. I have been a fan for years and I think that it would be a grave injustice to depict the greatest collection of heroes as a bunch of unfamiliar flunkies just looking to get paid who don't give a damn about or even know the history behind the characters!! Routh and Bale are a MUST!!!! From the reports that I've seen if John Stewart is going to be the Green Lantern, I endorse Common as the Lantern. He's a good actor and charismatic, Check Smokin Aces and American Gangster, not to mention he's got the bald head like GL, lol. I agree we need some quality actors to play these roles.

This is a movie where they should take their time. I would prefer to see movies for all of the heros to be involved in the movie and it would be ideal to use the same actors in the solo movies for the group movie (where possible) or actors that can carry themselves the same as those in the solo movies.

So I know this: Todays audience is much smarter than it used to be, if the die hard fans dont like the cast then most of the viewing public wont either. I'd also suggest Josh Duhamel (from the Transformers movie and the Las Vegas TV show) as Hal Jordon, but I'm not set on him. I am however set on Hal Jordon being introduced to the public before Jon Stewart. Establish Hal and then in a subsequent movie introduce Jon.... If the cast is too young, then this movie will be doomed to fail at the boxoffice with the comicbook fan. But I'm sure when it comes to DVD, it might due ok. So in that case, they might as well make this movie go straight to DVD. This young cast reminds me of the episode of Stargate SG1 where they're planning on making a movie of the show and they use a 90210 cast similar to how they're doing with Justice League.

We need Christian Bale as Batman for sure. Brandon Routh or Tom Welling for Superman. My choice Tom Welling. Smallville is HUGE! Pay them what they want or else this will be a disappointment. Why have 3 different actors playing Superman. That's what ruins good movies and sequels. Changing the actors during sequels ruin this type of thing. Other than those two i could agree with everyone else with the other roles as JLA characters. If TobeyMcGuire is not in the next Spiderman you can flush it down the toilette as well.
Like everyone said just do it right. I am open pretty much to most of the characters in terms of who to play what role as we have not seen much of them anywhere else. Of course with Batman it should be Christan Bale and with Superman either Brandon Routh or Tom Welling. I am open to either one but lets not get a third person you have two great choices, pick one of them.
