You can't cancel Atlantis - it's the only decent thing to come out of North America these days - all the other shows are mindless crap!!!!
I support this petition! This situation is absolutely disgusting! I don't understand! Atlantis gave Sci-fi it's highest rating when it first aired in 2004. I may be from the UK (we only got the first episode of season 5 last tuesday!!) but both Sci-fi and MGM will be receiving a very angry letter off me which will also be forwarded to the shows creators so they know what the fan are thinking!! THEY'VE STIRRED UP ONE HELL OF A BLOODY HORNETS NEST!!!!
Dont cancel it before they have a chnance to wrap it up. Tell them that season 6 will be the final season - that way it gives them room to breathe and finish many of the stories. not so harsh and sudden like this!
I support this petition. MGM and Sci-Fi suck. It's not like you have much to replace SGA with having already canceled SG1 and BSG. I am offically boycotting Sci-Fi.
I support this petition! Stargate Atlantis is a fantastic show it is even sometimes better than sg1! why git rid of a great show? movies are bull shit i want a 20 hour season to watch!! damn it! scifi you suck!
I support this petition. I really do. Atlantis is so much better then to be just removed for a simple two hour movie here and there, you can get so much more story with twenty hours. It is possible! Don't do this MGM, don't do it. Atlantis is too complicated at the moment to just simple end it like you will. Three movies would not do it.
Atlantis should not be cancelled...it's an amazing show, plotlines are good, characters are fully formed and the actors who play them bring them to life. How can this show that's won people's choice and have good ratings be cancelled? The answer is it shouldn't!!
I support this petition. I love Stargate Atlantis, I want more of the series each week. I do not want to wait for a "movie" to be released. I want the weekly format.
With a lot of loyal viewers inside and outside of the US i think it's a big mistake to cancel such a wonderful series. This is probably all about ratings, but cancelling shows like these will only alienate the fanbase.
