I support this petition. I support this petition cause Stargate Atlantis was the very reason that I began liking stargate. After watching the entire season 1 i decided to re-watch the entire Sg-1 series from season 1 to 8. Stargate ATlantis is watched world wide and one of those shows thats more worthy than Star Trek. I speak for people of the World and I say canceling this show will BE THE WORST MISTAKE

I completely support this petition. Atlantis is by far the best thing to have happened to Stargate, and still has much story to tell. There is no way they can wrap up the Wraith with-out some stupid movie like Ark of Truth that will ruin it. WE NEED ATLANTIS TO CARRY OUT THE STARGATE TRADITION!

Atlantis just keeps getting better, more engrossing and endearing--it's the only sci-fi (and SciFi) show of its kind--why end it now? I understand TPTB getting excited about the new concept and the SG1 DVD sales, but DVDs won't replace getting to see the show every week, and the new series is starting out with a strike against it--a lot of SGA fan resentment. Give us another year of SGA! It deserves it, and so do we.

We supported the series, helped it win a People's Choice Award, plugged it everywhere, did as we were told and watched it live if we could, the ratings went up -- and it was *still* cancelled?? We bought the Sg-1 movies because it was the only way we had left to see our beloved characters, and that fact was turned on us -- we're told we must be content with just movies for SGA already?? Why should we watch Univerese, when a) it seems as though SGA was cancelled so Universe could be done -- why couldn't you wait another year? and b) why should we invest our hearts in another part of the franchise, just so you can break them again in another 5 year? You've burned us. You're like drug pushers, hooking us in, and thn fixng it so we have to pay through the nose to get another fix. You could have at least waited -- if you still would do the films no matter what, you could have given us another year, an we would have wholeheartedly supported Universe then. Why should we support it now?
