SAVE THE GATE!!
Thought that would be in keeping with 'gate Fanatic.
I think this show is great, I watch it every week and look forward to it.
Though the idea of the DVD's like Stargate is intriguing, could you hold off for at least one more season.
To me it seems pretty dang sudden...
I support this petition cause stargate atlantis is my favorite show in the whole wide world if you cancel atlantis I will so peed off. I for one will not be watching any new shows in place for Atlantis cause that is just bull and you knw it.

If a show is still making a profit there should be no need to cancel it. I'm gettign tired of these number games. Not hitting the profit margin and so on. as long as a show is not in the red there should be no need to cancel it.
I support this petition! Replacing a solid theory-based show with a Star Trek/Battlestar/Andromeda wanna be is very degrading to current fans. The title of the show after all has STARGATE in the title - not starship! If this goes through, I hope the kiddies like the new show, because I, for one, will not be watching.
I support this petition. Stargate Atlantis is a wonderful show. It should not be cancelled for the tiny fact that the producers want to make movies whilst it's still popular. I bet if Atlantis still ran for a few more seasons and they made the movies, Fans would still buy them. The only reason the show was cancelled was to make way for Stargate Universe, which so conviently got green-lighted almost immediatley after cancellation of Atlantis. I can not be convinced otherwise. Also, the writers may want to review the basis for Universe. Stuck on a ship, can't get back to Earth? Me thinks producers have been watching a bit too much Star Trek: Voyager. (no insults to Robert Picardo though. He rocks as the Doctor. and is awesome as Richard Woosely) Give us Stargate Atlantis Back!!!! Save the Lost City!!!
I support this petition.i cant believe they've cancel stargate atlantis this show has got so many more diffrerent paths it can go down.what with the new enemy we have seen briefly in season 5 and what with micheal and his crossbreeds and i'm sure there is still a lieutentant ford story in there too
It should be given at least 7 season,as this is the norm. Atlantis is hitting its stride and is the best sci-fi show on tv at the present time. Please keep it going
I support this petition. At least give it one or two more seasons, now is the worst time possible to end the show. The plot and arcs are going in a dozen different directions and we need something more than a 2 hour movie to finish off most of them. It's like the power went out mid-game and we haven't reached a save spot/checkpoint yet. Give us time to finish some of the many arcs going right now, at least give us that.
