I support this petition. This is the dumbest thing I've seen yet. The show could go for a sixth and if writing improved a seventh season. So many possible long story arcs available.

Please dont't cancel Stargate Atlantis, it is one of my faves and there is so little good sci fi on tv, especially in Australia. I watch every ep when it is on and also buy the box sets...SGA has a few more seasons left in it... Didn't we have SG1 and SGA overlapping for a few years? Please reconsider this decision!!

PLEASE Don't make the MISTAKE of cancelling such a superb show as Stargate Atlantic. I am still recovering from the loss of the original stargate. This show is loved my millions and is a brilliant all round show which stretches our imagination and lets our childlike fantasy run free from our world of war and death
For all that the 'franchise' may be going strong, I personally don't watch for any 'franchise'. I watch for the characters and plotlines, which is something that cannot be fully explored and utilised in a mere 90-minute television movie. A great mistake is being made, I feel...
I support this petition. SGA has so much going for it, with great actors, stories, and effects. Not to mention the connection with SG-1. There is still so much life left in it that one or two movies a year really won't do justice to. SG1 series is gone.. Please bring SGA back!

Why would you choose to end something for the sake of movies, with such a strong set of characters, so much character development left to explore, and a perfect seasonal format?
