Dear Mr. Frons and Disney ABC Television Group;

We the Dedicated Fans would like to implore you to reconsider the cancelation of Super Soap Weekend. This is a yearly event that is absolutly irreplaceable. Soap Fans have attended this event year after year and many have attended every year. This event can not be replicated or replaced by a lot of smaller Soap Events. SSW has a magic of it's own. Where else can you have an event that can bring in the crowds that Walt Disney World can accomidate? Or have one of the largest sound systems known to man pumping out the opening music from our favorite Soaps creating an enviroment that is absolutly electrifying? No more Street Parties, Parade Caravans with our Favorite Soap Stars, or opportunity to see their other many talents onstage.
Super Soap Weekend has become not only a huge tradition among Soap Fans, but it has become an event where thousands of Fans come together and meet up from all over the Country. It's an event where new friendships have been created where we meet up with these new friends year after year and we look so very forward to it.
This is an event that is affordable for Fans to see all of their Favorite Soap Stars. We simply can not afford to go around the Country and Pay for Hotel and expensive tickets for small events with a minimal number of Stars.
Entire Web Sites and Hundreds of News Groups have been created for SSW alone where Fans stay in touch year round making plans for the next SSW.
We the Fans are the Bread and Butter for Daytime Television. We truly hope you will hear us and reconsider this decision as it has thousands of Fans throughout the Country saddened and upset that you would want to put an end to such a wonderful event that has become an Annual Soap Fan Tradition.
