SSW is the best event at Disney. We look foward to it each year. I will be highly disappointed if you discontinue this winderful event. We were planning on a large gathering in 2009 with 30 people. They will be very sad and we will have to change our plans to bipass Disney. PLEASE RE-CONSIDER!!!!
I support this petition. I go every year, spend tons of money on items in the shop from the shows actors (clothes/jewelry). Disney gets richer, fans get happy. Please don't stop this!!!
I support this petition & come from California every year, booking 1 year in advance. I was extremely disapointed when disneyland SSW was cancelled and now attend WDW SSW every year. I would still watch AMC, OLTL & GH, but would not attend the nation tours, not enough stars go and it's way to expensive. WDW SSW allows me to see other things and SSW. Keep our SSW at WDW!!

Cancelling SSW is one of the worst ideaS i've seen ABC make lately. This event brings soap fans from sll over the U.S and sll over the world together to give the soap stars our thanks for doing what they do.
I support this petition. More importantly I support my mother and sister who choose to plan their vacation schedules around SSW. I may not understand the joy that is derived from the "make believe" world of soaps, but damn it, they do! Where else can you see a character die and then miraculously be brought back to the program by using the "it was just a dream" sequence? Further more, where else can a child character age 15 years after just one season of the soap. Give the women their SSW!!!! For us men, it is our only chance to watch football without being harassed. SAVE SSW!!
I support this petition. I've been to every SSW. It's a tradition in my family. There's absolutely no way any other venue can hold something of this magnitude.
I've been to other, smaller ABC sponsored events. While they are fun, they don't come close to SSW.

I support this petition. I have been going to SSW since 2001 and I look forward to it every year. It has an energy like no other event I have ever experienced. Everyone is so excited to be there and there is always something fresh and unexpected happening each year. I have also met amazing people just standing in line that I never would have met otherwise. Several little events can never compare to the magic of SSW. Every year I go, I am reminded of why I am dedicated to my soap opera, in spite of the ups and downs it has gone through lately. PLEASE reconsider your decision! You are breaking a beloved tradition.
