I do believe they should end it with a bang. I also believe they should finish out the rest of the other episodes. It also would be nice for another season. But i agree, it should be ended better.I WANT A SEASON FINALE!!!
I have watched this show from the very beginning, and watched each character grow. It is very unfortunate that such a great show will not receive the respect it deserves. There should be a series finale.
This show is one of those shows that is truly a part of pop culture. It is also a true inspiration to me and I so enjoyed it. So many good shows end with an improper ending, please give this one it\'s rightful one.
Girlfriends deserves a season finale! At least an hour to address all it needs to and go out with a bang, and with Toni and her baby in the show. I have been watching Girlfriends with my family since season one. We enjoy the show and it brings my family together. Please give them the appropriate season closing.
I agree Girlfriends should have a finale episode to give the viewers closure. Too many times African American shows are cancelled in the same way - with a cliff hanger - examples Half and Half.... One on One. Additionally, a finale show would honor the actresses and actors who devoted so much of their talent and time to entertain us every week. We want to see Joan married after 8 years of her searching for a man. We want to see Lynn have a successful music career. We want to see Mya exceed at whatever she chooses. We want to see Joan and Toni back togehter again... The charachters and the viewers deserve it...

I am a true fan of Girlfriends, and I believe that the least the CW can do for the fans is finish off the season with a proper series finale. PLease. I know i am just one person and i havent even got past season 3 of Girlfriends. i live in the uk and have just started to watch it and i thought it was just a sitcom, until i saw the episode where Tony is crying at the churchand it moved me like a hit show does. So if the rest of the series is like that, it at least deserves a finale, if not another season!
I\'m very disappointed by the CW\'s decision, however I\'m not surprised. Far be it from a network like this one to do anything with professionalism, class, or respect for their viewers (particularly their black audience). I would hope that after 8 years of the show running the network would provide its fans with the respect of airing a finale. If this show were Friends or Cheers or Sex in the City, this never, ever would have happended. A show that has graced your networks through several different phases does not deserve to be ended this way.

Girlfriends has brought African American viewers to the CW. Without it, African Americans would not have watched CW; and are only watching your network now because of the The Game. Which is still a fairly new series...
This is the best african american show on television. I guess the network do not care about their female african american viewers. I personally no longer have an interest in watching the cw network.
