Drugs may be illegal, but so is the invasion of privacy. What one does with their own time is none of your employer/government's business. Over the past couple of decades more and more employers have begun to drug test their employees and Probation/Parole officers are practically guaranteed to conduct drug tests even if the original offense was in no way drug related. We all know that corruption plays a hand in our Government and has since the early years of this beautiful country, but is this what democracy has been reduced to? Drug tests are only a single factor. No one needs BIG BROTHER in their lives. No one should be forced to urinate under supervision and then surrender their urine to whomever so that they can take a peek into your personal life. The point is not that everyone should have the right to do drugs, the point is that you should have the right to do whatever you please with your time, your urine, your saliva, your hair, YOUR BODY! All drug tests must be done away with, they are unconsitutional. Stand up for your rights!

Damned Unconstitutional. what happened to the pursuit of happiness. Im happy smoking and its a shame to get rid of hard working people just because they do what they want when they are not working.

There are much better ways to find out if your employees are impaired on the job. As far as governmental concerns go, there are ways to make sure one's budget is still balanced despite use.

Maybe checking someone's arms to see if they shoot up would be a cool idea, cause I don't want that kind of shit cooking my food at McDonalds or anything; but, drug screens are stupid. Nothing's wrong with marijuana.

I support the legalization of a drug that was made illegal because of racism.
