This appeal seeks permission to for me to be able to change the current seating plan of 22 to 48 patrons. It does not include any remodeling or major cosmetic work.


Reason for this proposal is: that we as a family owned business have served the community for over 35 years. In regards to the zoning code, our business is currently established in a building of 8 units and two local businesses. On the main street f our location, on the right side is an empty lot. We have a local pizza shop, liquor store and barbershop that is set approximately 15 yard from my business.
