I have been waiting for the release of season 2 for a while now. Please don't keep up waiting any longer. I'm sure as soon as season 2 hits the stands they will sell as quickly as they were put out because many people have been waiting for this for so long. Please don't keep us waiting any longer!
Please release 2-5 season of soul food. I bought the first copy and it is great. I can't stop watching it. I'm always waiting for Tuesday and Thursday nites to watch it. Sometimes it comes on two late. I don't want to wait until it comes on t.v. I want to watch it as many times as i can on DVD. So please hurry up and release it.

MY SISTERS, MY MOM AND I LAUGHED AND CRIED THROUGH THIS MOVIE IT WAS AS IF OUR LIVES WAS BEING PORTRAYED ON THE ABOVE SCREEN. AFTER ENJOYING THE MOVIE, WE AGREED THAT WE WOULD KEEP INTOUCH MORE AND WE DID NOT. WHEN SOULFOOD THE MOVIE CAME OUT ON DVD I WENT OUT AND PURCHASED IT. LONGING FOR THE COMPANY OF MY SISTERS I WOULD WATCH THE DVD ENJOYING THE CLOSENESS OF THIS MAKE BELIEVE FAMILY, IT WAS NOT THE SAME. UNTIL ONE YEAR I HEARD THAT SOULFOOD WAS COMING TO SHOWTIME AS AN SERIES AND SINCE MY SISTERS AND I LOVED THE MOVIE SOULFOOD. I IMMEDIATELY ORDERED CABLE AND ADDED SHOWTIME ONLY BECAUSE YOU ALL ADDED THIS SHOW TO SHOWTIME.MY SISTERS, OUR MOM, AND I HAD NOT BEEN DISSAPPOINTED WITH A EPISODE EVER.
THE SHOW KEPT GETTING BETTER AND BETTER,BUT IN THE MIST OF THE SHOWS MY HUSBAND AND I MOVED TO THE COUNTRY AND TO MY SURPRISED NO CABLE LEAVING MY FAMILY AND I NOT FINISHING THE EPIC OF THE JOSEPH FAMILY. THEN FINALLY WE HAD CABLE, BUT SHOWTIME HAD ENDED THE EPIC OF THIS STRONG, LOVING, STICK TOGETHER AS A FAMILY NO MATTER WHAT, BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY ALL YOU HAVE ARE YOUR FAMILY. DISSAPPOINTED OF COURSE, BUT I CAN ALWAYS BUY THE SERIES OF SOULFOOD ON DVD WHEN COMES OUT. I HAVE THE FIRST SEAS

Please Put Soul Food seasons 2-5 on DVD as soon as possible. I have season one on DVD, and I can't stop watching it. This show was simply high quality work. Soul Food was the best drama on television for the past six years.

I would really love to see seasons 2-5 on DVD. Soulfood has been the best series on TV for the past years. I am a big fan of Soulfood and really want to finish my collection off with seasons 2-5. What good is season 1 if we will not be able to continue watching 2-5. Please release 2-5.
Come on and release Soul Food Seasons 2-5.....This is my favorite show ever! I watch a plethora of shows and I enjoy the intricate way Soul Food tackles issues that plague our people.
Soul Food is a wonderful show that deserves to have ALL of its seasons released. It is such a real show and people would enjoy having such a wonderful show part of their home DVD collection
I did not have Showtime when the show originally aired but have been catching the edited version on BET and have purchased season 1 and want the rest of the collection NOW!!
I discovered Soul Food late and rushed to Blockbuster to rent Season 1. I was disappointed to discover that I would be left wondering how the stories developed because Showtime did not want to release the DVDs. Just release a box set of the whole series, and I'll happily purchase it!
I would Like to see quality african american american series given the same regard as other shows. Again we have to proove that our interest are just as valid as others. Please end this so form of subltle racism and release the remaining seasons. This series depicted African Americans in a light never before shown which is as we truly are and want to be seen .It would be very interesting to see how many petitions where singed for the release of non african american tv series. Perhaps the public needs to be made more aware of this form of racism as well . It is a pity that I even have to write such an email in 2005.
I would like to get the whole entire series of Soul Food. I thought the show was fantastic and very sad about the ending of the show. Please release the remaining seasons I would like to have this as part of my collection.
I would love to see the rest of the series on DVD. There is a fan base out there that would love to buy the series.. Also why was the show cancelled? WHY????
RELEASE SEASON 2-5, IT HAS THE SAME STATUE IF NOT BETTER THAN SEX IN THE CITY, YET IT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE SAME TREATMENT. I HAVE TO WONDER IF IT IS B/C IT IS A BLACK SHOW WHY THERE IS A RESISTANCE TO RELEASE IT.

Soul Food is totally refreshing. I watched it faithfully for the first three seasons and when military orders sent my family to Europe, that is the one thing about " home" I truly missed. Please release the remaining seasons so that I can see what happens in the series.
