It's not fair that only season one is on dvd. I don't have Showtime so I rented season 1 from blockbuster and have been calling around for season 2-5 ever since. So please put them out on dvd.
It doesn't make any sense that the 1st season was released and not the rest. This was a show that I watched religiously and I would like to continue watching it that way. I try to watch it on BET, but it's not the same.Can you PLEASE release the remaining season!

I have written to HBO and asked when will soul food be available on DVD. The response i received was was a watered down version of they really dont know.The bottom line for me is that all of the other series' whether they are old or new are available why not SOUL FOOD!!!! If they can relive Beverly Hills 90210 and Friends, then Soul Food should be available too!!!!
Please, please,please release season 2-5. I am about to go crazy. I have already bought the first season and it was great. So Please, Please, Please. I promise you it will be brougt.

I was overseas during the showing of this show, but I saw the first season being sold on base so I purchased it and became a fan. I'm still overseas and we don't have the luxury to tune it to some of the good American cable providers at a reasonable price like in the states.

e did not get soul food series in uk, but loved the film so had the dvd set of season 1 shipped to UK. all my friends are hooked and desperate to see the other 4 seasons!
It is such a shame that they have only released Season 1. It is amazing how they promote all the other series but Soul Food. Hopefully Paramount will pay attention to this petition and grant our wishes! Sonja Anderson thank you so much for creating this petition and lobbying for all us!!!
My wife and I are in London and the series was never aired in the UK. I bought the DVD of series 1 and would really love to complete the series with 2,3,4 & 5!! Come on Paramount, do the right thing!
I bought Season 1 on the FIRST day of release. I have been waiting since then for the remaining seasons. I would LOVE to get Seasons 2-5 on DVD. Can't wait!
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who loves the series. I watch the repeats on BET, but the episodes are edited and shown out of sequence at times. I would love to be able to watch the show at my own convenience. I'll definitely get season two when it is released.
I am a big fan of SoulFood. Since I bought the 1st season, I've gone to the stores hoping, wishing, wanting to see that next set of DVD's for SoulFood... nothing. It would be great to have the sound track from the shows also on the DVD's. Not only were the actors great, but the music was slammin'. I can't wait for the next set of DVD's, I've got my money set aside waiting and ready. Bring it on Paramount, I'm ready for it!
I too have been patiently waiting for the release of the remaining seasons but I have yet to understand why they haven't been released. Now hopefully it won't take 2-3 years to get the remaining seasons
I can't believe there's a chance the rest of the seasons won't be released on DVD. I just devoured Season 1 and I am truly being left hanging. Please release it!
We need seasons 2-5. Season 1 dvd didn'tsell as well as it could have coz some 'genius' thought pricing it at $70 was a good idea... wrong... marketing rules tell us - do not price something out of the reach of your market. It is now about $30 which should bring the #'s up. At that price one can buy mulitple copies to give away as gifts.
Hope they are a bit smarter with the next few.

I called ever blockbuster in town wondering why I couldn't find season two. Came to internet to see what the deal is and find that I am left hanging wondering about the family I have to know so well.
I was recently introduced to the soul food series when I rented them on dvd. I do not have either showtime or BET. It would be nice to see all of the shows in my own collection.
