How can an HBO series featuring gangsters, crime, murder and family get its episodes on market before the only black drama ever to air on television? Is it racism? This is a series that needs to be available because it is the only black drama ever on television.

I heard the reason we don't have the other seasons on DVD is due to poor sales. I usually buy all my DVD at Best Buy. I made more than Ten (Trips) to Best Buy to buy Season One DVD and each time it was Out Of Stock. I finally ordered it online as as an Xmas Gift for my wife. I believe that's part of the reason for poor sales (Out Of Stock). Bottom line please produce the rest of the seasons on DVD. Thanks

I support this petition. Please, Please, Please release seasons 2-5 on DVD. My husband bought me the first season while stationed in Korea and I have been waiting on the other seasons every since. I am a loyal fan and I cried when the seasons ended for good. I love Soul Food. I miss Soul Food. Please release it even if you only do it by people ordering it first. If season 1 did not sell well, then dont punish the ones of us that did buy the season 1 and is impatiently waiting on season 2-5. One suggestion as to why the first season didnt sell well is because of the price. my husband paid $70.00 for my set. I am a loyal fan so I probably would have paid more if I had to, but to those people that want to get into it because they heard about how good it was or something like that won't pay that kind of money for the dvd collection. just a suggestion. I bet if you lowered the price they would fly off the shelves like nobody's business. well, thanks for listening.
