i will like to know when will the rest of the soul food seasons two through five will be coming out for sale on dvd;s and i will like to know where i could buy, like what stores and when so could i get a email back or something and i hope that those seasons will be coming out real soon.

I support this petition to the fullest. I have been sending emails to Paramount forever asking them about the other DVD season releases of Soul Food and they give me general responses. I'm glad I found this petition because I thought I was the only one in love with the show. So keep trying to get all the seasons of one of the best shows on DVD. =)
This don't make no kind of sense.Im just happy that i know what happens after the car accident but others do not. Now i see why people result in bootlegging copies and downloading from the internet. I think thats exactly what i'll do. Paramount is palying to many games how you gone bring out the brady bunch before they put out soul food season 2. Explain that to me paramount because it doesn't make any kind of sense.
This doesn't make any sense to me. Obviously people love this show just as much as i do. Me and my kids use to watch it everyday when it came on television. Paramount really has no idea how much money they are losing by holding the release of this DVD. Now when the first season came out on DVD i went and brought it.And so did a large number of my friends and family. If the dvd is released im almost positive that with the right advertisement SoulFood the series the complete SECOND SEASON on DVD WILL indeed sell A HUNDRED times better than before.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back "Soul Food". I need to catch up on seasons 3 and 4 because I did not have Showtime at those particular times. I specifically received Showtime for season 5 only to discover that it was the last season. Please allow the rest of the seasons to be released. And if you want the sales to go up please advertise. Not many people are aware that even season 1 is on dvd until I tell them. I received season 1 on dvd for Christmas and I watch them over and over again. Please release the rest.
I support this petition. I loved the Soul Food Series on Showtime, have watched the reruns on Bet, and brought the dvd as soon as it came out, now i've waited and waited for season 2-5, i've looked everywhere
thinking they may have sold out, so finally i search the internet and what to i find; this petition to get the other seasons released. I was totally blow away to find out that not only have the other seasons not been released, but we need a petition to have them released. I'm mean, come on are you really serious Paramount, the popularity of the show and we need a petition to view the other DVD. I understand from reading the petition it's your excuse that the lack of sales for season 1 is your excuse, well that's just a load of crap, why don't you release season 2 and see what kind of sales you get. Just get this series out to the people now.
Ok, here we are once again, it's been 3 years since Soul Food Season 1 has been released, and still no Soul Food Season 2-5. Come on now what is the hold up, this has been a successful series on cable so i know i would be successful if you released the other season. Why do we even need a petition, other shows, i.e. Sex and the city, the sopranos, Friends, etc.. have already released multiple DVD, what's the hold up with Soul Food. Come on Paramount don't keep fans of the series waiting any longer, do the right thing and released the entire series.
It's really not fair to release all 5 seasons of this series to the people who purchased the season 1 dvds. It really left us hanging not to know what happened after the season finale. Please release the complete series or tell us how to purchase the rest of the series.
I support this petition. perhaps if paramount spent some advertising dollars on this excellent series, it would 'sell.' for the many people who only watch 'poor people tv' and have no cable or satellite access, we can only rent or buy it if it is published. many of us didn't even know there was a series until running across the season 1 at netflix. hasn't 'poor sales' been the historical excuse for not releasing black-oriented material? get it together, paramount!
