It makes no sense that seasons 2-5 haven't been released on DVD yet, when there are so many shows out there much more newer than Soul Food and get theirs on DVD the minute that particular season is over with. And what's even more disheartening is that season 1 was released a while ago and they just expected us fans to be content with that and move on. I, along with all the other signers of this petition, would love to see the rest of Soul Food released on DVD. Obviously there are many people out there who love this show and are interested in completing their Soul Food DVD collection. It is your job to meet these demands. Thank you for your time.

Paramount, Please release Soul Food seasons 2-5 on dvd. There are so many people that are just now seeing the show since it first aired that are now hooked, so I'm sure that with original fans and new fan watchers, dvd sales will be high, please release, please!
Please release seasons 2-5 on DVD! I have the complete first season already and I need the remaining seasons for this to be complete. Soul Food was a great show and it is something we can watch over and over again as it is a show that will forever remain timeless!
Please release seasons 2-5. This is a very important show to the african american community. It not only tackles race, religion, and family issues but it also tackles african american couples during good times and over coming their problems which is something that you rarely seen displayed on television.
I would like to purchase Seasons 2-5 of Soul Food. I already have Soul Food: The Complete "First" Season. It does no good to have only one season in your library when you know 5 seasons makes the edition complete. Thank you! (5/3/05)
Paramount why don't you try this: Why don't you put these seasons on a prepay sale basis so that you won't mass produce too many discs that won't sell. Now, I did notice the price tag on the first season (which is not in line with many other top-rated full season shows -- even the Sopranos was lesser expensive) but for those who really want to show, they will be willing to pay. This seems to be a win-win proposition.

I never had Showtime. So, when season 1 came out I purchased it. Now I am hooked. I think that seasons 2 through 5 need to be released in order to give Soul Food its proper respect. I can guarantee that I will purchase all subsequent seasons on DVD. Thanks.

I love to watch Soul Food. I don't have Showtime, but I do have BET. Tues and Thurs aren't coming fast enough for me. I would buy Soul Food seasons 2-5 at Walmart when they come out! Please release!
All Soul Food fans please contact Erica Custler at Paramount Studios (323-965-5000) to file a complaint. She's currently documenting the number of complaints received to give to the powers that be to spead up season 2-5. Apparently, Paramount put season 2-5 on the back burner due to lack of popularity....now that is ridiculous.
I recently purchased Soul Food season 1 on DVD and in three days watched the entire first season. I need to know what happened after the accident. Every other show known to man seems to have there seasons out on DVD even shows currently running with only two seasons under its belt i.e One Tree Hill (WGN). I know that there are many people out there who will purchase the Soul Food Series maybe they are waiting for other seasons to be available.
It's sad that one of the better series that ran on TV is being held up due to legalities. I don't want to play the race card, but every other series has a dvd out even before the series is off the air.
As I was getting ready to sign this petition i notice a ad for "24"'s seasons 1-3 dvd now see as how Soulfood is way ore popular than that show i have to wonder what's taking so long to get the rest of the Soulfood dvds released. Please just do the right thing and release those dvds.
