We the undersigned petition the leadership of the Towne of Weare, New Hampshire to hear and grant Logan Darrow Clements’ request to seize under eminent domain, with compensation, the property at 34 Cilley Hill Road (currently the property of Justice Souter) for the construction of "The Lost Liberty Hotel" and associated museum. This request, made to Chip Meany the code enforcement officer of the Towne of Weare, is detailed at http://www.freestarmedia.com/hotellostliberty2.html and is constitutional under the Supreme Court’s "Kelo vs. City of New London" decision, which Justice Souter supported.

As Clements says in the press release, “the City of Weare will certainly gain greater tax revenue and economic benefits with a hotel on 34 Cilley Hill Road than [by] allowing Mr. Souter to own the land.”

In support of this contention, many of us, by putting the words “I’m going” in the comments area of our signature record below, pledge to come and visit the hotel and museum once constructed, and to go into the towne of Weare and spend money at one or more of your business establishments.

Please stand up with us, and for us, as we seek to fight back legally and constitutionally against this pernicious judicial encroachment on our historic rights and liberties.
