Ever sat there watching TV, and caught a Star Wars special on a channel like Discovery Channel, the History Channel, or VH1? Ever thought to yourself, "You know, I'd totally watch a channel filled with these kind of Star Wars programs"?

Well, let's see if we can convince George Lucas it'd be a good idea, too. A channel filled with programs based on the Star Wars universe, covering not just the movies, but the games, the books, the whole Expanded Universe, would be a truly amazing thing were the programs shown given the proper detail and tender loving care.

Think about it, a program discussing the philosophical virtues of the films, a program highlighting upcoming Star Wars games, books and comics, or a program doing a thorough analysis and comparison of the prequel trilogy and the original trilogy, giving both trilogy's strengths and weaknesses. Programs highlighting specific characters or book series or timelines... it could be a truly amazing channel.

It'll never happen unless they know we want it - so let's tell them!
