The State of Maryland wrongfully convicted
Eric J. Everette a Black 16 youth of Rape in 1974. Went to his Mother house and arrested him while his mother was at work. Then proceeded to charged this kid as adult he had no attorney present or Parent The State railroaded this young man and stole his life for a crime he did not commit. they had a witness that knew who was the real criminal in the case and made this person lie to convict this young man who had no help. In 1974 they knew that he could not be charged as adult but did so anyway. Eric is still serving time for this crime he didnt commit that was 34 years ago it time to set the record straight and set set this Man free. Only wrong he's done is being a Black Male in America.
