Smoking sucks. I just quit a week ago. I smoked for fourteen years and ended up with a hacking, disgusting cough, chest pains, palpitations(when you're heart skips a beat) and not being able to breathe. Quitting is hard--This is my sixth time trying to quit(and definitely my last)--but you can do it. If I quit after 14 years of smoking 2 packs a day, anyone can. If you don't, you will regret it.

reasons you should stop 1) your friends will be sadly disappointed in you if you die 2) i'd lose a valued friend ( if you still are my friend)and mostly it causes motuh cancer and lung cancer and 3-4 other cancers
