Le contenu des groupes MSN est le lieu de nombreux abus.


En effet, d'un coté il est extrêmement rapide et facile de publier n'importe quel contenu, pour créer un compte et un groupe quelques minutes et un navigateur web suffisent, de l'autre il est très difficile de faire retirer quoi que ce soit par les services de MSN, le service abuse de MSN met des jours voir des semaines à répondre, écarte des plaintes sans même en informer les auteurs et se repose sur la justice pour reconnaître le caractère illicite des contenus publiés sur leur service même quand dans des cas où ce caractère illicite est manifeste.


Cela ne peut plus durer, c'est en contradiction avec les droits de l'homme ainsi que les législations nationales et internationales.


Nous demandons donc à MSN de déployer des moyens adaptés afin que ses services ne soient plus le lieu privilégié pour porter atteinte aux personnes, aux groupes de personnes, au droit d'auteurs, et autres droit fondamentaux de l'individu.

There is a huge problem with Internet abuse on MSN groups

On one hand it is very easy to create new MSN accounts and groups, and it
is also easy to publish any kind of information through those anonymous
groups. On the other hand that is extremely difficult to get some reaction
from MSN concerning those abuse.
It usually takes several days or weeks to get a feed-back from the MSN
support teams, if you get some ! You sometimes do not get any feed-back.
And if your get some, it is usually the same e-mail sent to everyone, same
words and scripts "thanks for your interest, blablabla... but we need such
and such information, blablabla..." and finally no action even if the
content is obviously illicit.

We can not let that happen again and again like this. Human rights abuse
via MSN groups is a violation of both domestic and international law.

We request from Microsoft and MSN to solve this, to take the necessary
decisions and actions so that its groups are no more the preferred location
over the Internet for Internet abuse : slandering and insults, sex
discrimination, racial harassment, copyright infringement, etc.
