SunraceUSA.com thinks they are the only game in town for Sturmey Archer bicycle parts since they are the U.S. representative for their products. The owner is a young kid who is your typical rich spoiled little brat who can not handle the monopoly on the U.S. market with out it going to his head and wielding that power like a Luke Skywalker wannabe. If enough people complain to Sturmey Archer they will find another U.S. distributor to represent their products. Some one who can provide some quality customer service and whose lack of people skills won’t hurt their future profit potential.
