We the undersigned are outraged at how your network has chosen to depict the Sportbike Community. Your show portrays every stereotype that we have been trying to get past since Senator Danforth tried to outlaw Sportbikes in the late 80s. This type of irresponsible reporting will serve to do nothing but harm our sport. Please change the format to portray the responsible use of "Superbikes" or drop the show all together. If you cannot portray our sport in a positive light, we would prefer that you leave us alone altogether. |

| 1,444 | 15 Jun 2008 - 18:31 Scott : When the intro is some crappy rap song that says something like | |

| 1,442 | 7 Mar 2007 - 22:04 Mark Musgrove : Its all been said below. "Superbikes"is a lowest common denominator show. It shed a large light on a very small percentage of the riders involved in our sport. Degenerates and Hooligans went out a long time ago but this brings the attitude back into light. On the other hand Two Wheel Tuesday prought out the good side of our sport, legal racing, safety as a priority and news from the current season. I assume that is why you canceled it because you can't replay it for the next two years without the info becoming outdated. It is sad to see the really GOOD shows cancelled for dribble like this. | |
| 1,441 | 15 Feb 2007 - 1:21 chris reulbach : nice job giving the crappy part of this wonderful sport the spotlight. now they think it's okay to act like idiots...because you idiots put them on tv. | |

| 1,439 | 24 Nov 2006 - 0:19 Ish Kumar : | |
| 1,438 | 16 Nov 2006 - 11:58 CTNINER : Rossi Morrielli is an idiot, who cant ride a wheelie on someone elses bike with safey mechanisms in free leathers? Those idiots on the show from NYC, and then west coast, make all streetbike riders look like highschool dropouts. If it wasnt for the lack of any sort of motorcycle stuff on TV I would never have watched the show as long as I did. And oh yeah, Jason Britton, way to ruin a brand new Ducati, ever heard of engine break-in? | |
| 1,437 | 15 Nov 2006 - 19:24 Aaron Melton : Superbikes promotes responsible motorcyclists like The Fast and the Furious promotes responsible driving. | |
| 1,436 | 13 Nov 2006 - 23:21 Brad Tuten : It's just junk; get rid of the show. | |
| 1,435 | 8 Nov 2006 - 9:33 Stan Martell : I agree and support this post. Showing and promoting aggressive street riding is making us responsable ones look bad. I enjoy my street bike but people are getting the wrong idea about the whole sport. R1s are getting hard and expensive to insure!! | |
| 1,434 | 7 Nov 2006 - 2:18 Jacob Price : what happened when two wheel tuesdays was actual motorcycle racing? | |
| 1,433 | 28 Sep 2006 - 7:10 Eric McElroy : As a long time sport bike rider this shows makes us look like idiots. | |
| 1,432 | 28 Sep 2006 - 7:02 Robert T. : it's Jackass on wheels! | |
| 1,431 | 20 Sep 2006 - 3:41 Manuel Z : This show does nothing but cast a negative image of all sportbike riders as reckless stunters. Not all of us pride ourselves on how many broken bones we've gotten from doing stupid tricks. | |
| 1,430 | 18 Sep 2006 - 22:23 Shawn Robak : Agreed with most of the rest - your show covers a very narrow scope of the sportbike world. There are some of us who have been riding sportbikes for 15 or 20 years and enjoy the ride itself and are not like some of the stupid kids you put on your show. Please expand your scope to include those of us who ride for the ride, and not for the stupidity. If you must ride even naked - ALWAYS wear a helmet and gloves... no exceptions, ever. | |
| 1,429 | 15 Sep 2006 - 23:52 Paul Persinger Jr. : I support this petition. While some of the group ride activities show good judgement, the vast majority glorifies stunting on public roads and gives motorcyclists in general a black eye. | |
| 1,428 | 14 Sep 2006 - 2:34 Ron Millikan : Two Wheel Tuesday was great. Info about different aspects of the sport, interviews and race coverage. That's what we need back. | |
| 1,427 | 10 Sep 2006 - 1:18 Kevin Mcnutt : Please stop making us all look like a bunch of wanna-be gangsta stunnas.. | |
| 1,426 | 9 Sep 2006 - 20:31 Eric F. : This show ****s! | |
| 1,425 | 9 Sep 2006 - 3:41 Bill Fontenot : The stunting segment of motorcycling is what has been giving motorcycling a bad name. Now it is put in front of america with people breaking the law every after each commerical break. This type of press is not needed by the motorcycling community. | |
| 1,424 | 8 Sep 2006 - 17:31 Charlie Horse : because the sportbikers don't need this kind of press. | |
| 1,423 | 8 Sep 2006 - 2:30 Tom : because it is just another step in the wrong direction this country is taking with all these liberal tactics not to mention it falsely represents this community. | |
| 1,422 | 7 Sep 2006 - 5:03 Jacob C. : T.V. shows like this should be objective not subjective. Show us for who we are, not what the streotypes say we are. | |
| 1,421 | 7 Sep 2006 - 0:36 Evan Evans : Makes sportbike riders look like a bunch of idiots. | |
| 1,420 | 7 Sep 2006 - 0:29 Jon S : I support this petition unless they do more shows like the VIR and willow springs one where they did no stunting.....only race coverage. | |
| 1,419 | 6 Sep 2006 - 23:19 Mason : this tv show encourages way to many ways to die on a motorcycle | |
| 1,418 | 6 Sep 2006 - 22:14 Jason Watts : i feel there is much more to sportbike rideing than stunting, yet this show does very little to nothing to show this | |
| 1,417 | 6 Sep 2006 - 22:05 Boomer : because I have a hard enough time fighting this stereotype at work and on my daily commute. I don't need national television to make my commute hours that much more dangerous. From the espisodes I have seen, Superbikes on Speed is pure rubbish and only promotes poor riding, poor decision making, and piss poor one sided-ness. Boomer | |
| 1,416 | 6 Sep 2006 - 20:57 Bill : The irresponsible actions that are depicted on public roads make everyone on sportbikes look like squids. Not all sportbike riders do the kind of stupid stuff that this show is full of. Once in awhile they show something that is good, but not very often.... | |
| 1,415 | 6 Sep 2006 - 19:23 jeff blevins : poor judgement to put me and every responsible rider that I know in the same spotlight as those that are killing themselves on the public roads. | |
| 1,414 | 6 Sep 2006 - 18:12 BRIAN : The show is a blatant slap in the face to the sportbike community. | |
| 1,413 | 5 Sep 2006 - 8:57 Jimmie Davis : The show just ****s.Very bad idea. | |
| 1,412 | 5 Sep 2006 - 7:28 Ron F : I support this petition because the show does not support the real sportbike image. | |
| 1,411 | 5 Sep 2006 - 7:06 Julia Poulsen : I have a hard enough time fightiung this stereotype at work and on my daily commute. I don't need national television to make my commute more dangerous. Superbikes on Speed is pure trash and only promotes poor riding and poor decision making. | |
| 1,410 | 5 Sep 2006 - 6:28 Craig Ramey : If I see you guys on my beat, call your lawyer, cause, your going to jail. | |
| 1,409 | 5 Sep 2006 - 6:00 Jack Skates : Interestingly enough, I don't think this show appeals to anyone who really rides. Even some of the people on the show seem embarrassed. It's completely contrived and manufactured... it doesn't represent true bike culture and only sends the wrong message. I have nothing against stunters, in fact, I am impressed with what they are capable of... but only in a controlled environment. Will someone please do a real show on motorcycling? Anyone? Anyone? | |
| 1,408 | 3 Sep 2006 - 10:53 Lance C. : Stunting does not exploit the intentions of what is engineered in modern sportbikes. | |
| 1,407 | 2 Sep 2006 - 11:06 Cruz Moreno : Nothing more wrong when a network thats based on enthusiasts chooses its content by what will make better ratings. | |
| 1,406 | 1 Sep 2006 - 1:16 Steve McMahan : Speed: Please focus your attention on shows that teach & inform watchers and that will draw new people to the sport rather than drive them away with what appears to be reckless stereotypes. Stunting is OK and Jason B. is amazing on a bike but that should be a segment on show rather than a series that purports to represent the Sport Bike Community. Bring back Two Wheel Tuesday, PLEASE! | |
| 1,405 | 31 Aug 2006 - 21:07 R Alexander : Glorifying irresponsible behavior will likely lead to injury, higher insurance, and legislation against sportbikes. Thanks for nothing. | |
| 1,404 | 31 Aug 2006 - 1:34 Matt Speer : There is so much more to sport bikes that this show doesn't show. There are dozens of shows showing choppers and just this one to show sport bikes, at least show sport bikes in a good light. | |
| 1,403 | 30 Aug 2006 - 21:46 Steven Rice : Squid TV does nothing to help out the sportbike image. | |
| 1,402 | 30 Aug 2006 - 14:19 Christopher Orth : I support this petition because I am a motorcyclist with many interests. Asinteresting as stunt riding is, it still does notbring in the interest of the masses for thefurthering of the Speed Channel's objective[and ours as motorcyclists]: to draw as manyviewers/sponsors to the entire sport ofmotocycling. It would be nice to keep abreast ofracing/happenings in the overall sport of motorcycling via shows like,.....Two Wheel Tues.! Two wheel tuesday was the most informative and pro motorcyle show ever aired. Bring it back !!!! | |
| 1,401 | 30 Aug 2006 - 6:14 Jason Kent : This show is insulting to all sportbikers. Way to "hollywood" | |
| 1,400 | 26 Aug 2006 - 2:53 Larry Melcher : The media reinforcing stereotypes does not help. The show is an embarrasment. Drunk Harley riders with tatoos get better press, eventhough they all are not that way...get it?? | |
