Bring back Two Wheel Tuesday! That was *responsible* reporting. Showing illegal maneuvers is irresponsible. Why not just show sportbikes running over an old lady's cat?
Because Superbikes! has nothing to do with hihg performance motorcycle riding. The hosts are LAME, unskilled. Come on, a STUNTZ CLOWN as a host. Total crap.
we sportbikers are perceived as being irresponsible and dangerous. This is true for only some riders, and is specific to the rider, not the bike. We don't need a show to degrade our image further.
First of all, the show isn't that great. It portrays sportbikers in as much of a light as Brokeback Mountain did for cowboys. Secondly, it's simply going to encourage new riders to ride like idiots. Say "don't try this at home" all you want to, it's still gonna happen. Replace it with more MotoGP coverage. Thanks.
motorcycling exists between the two extremes of wild overpriced custom choppers and idiots on furred out unicycles. Motorcyclists are interested in product updates, good roads to travel, track days and racing. How about a show with those ingredients?
This is so ridiculous. It's bad enough that all these young kids go out and ruin the motorcycling community's image, but now we've got a television show doing it too? Please, change the format, or drop the show.
How about some focus on track riders and how to get the normal street rider into safe track riding as opposed to the squidly bullshit thats been on the show so far.
There's plenty of squids in my town, if I wanted to see this kind of behavior I'd just have to stick my head out of the window, where's the benefit in a show that affects our right to ride? Speed...stop being cheap and get a real Superbike show on.
This show highlights major reasons why so many people are against bikers in the first place. Can the show, our insurance rates and image are bad enough as it is.
While i would love to see a show exclusively on sport bikes as a rider, this show portrays sportbike riders as irresponsible and reckless in general, which is NOT TRUE! this gives all motorcyclists a bad name.
Superbikes will cause more deaths and injuries to riders who copy what they see on the show. And The do not attempt this at home warning disclaimer doesn't work just ask MTV and its lawsuits from a few shows. Hope they have good lawyers if they keep this (superbikes) going..bring back two wheeled tuesday
Rossi Morreale cannot ride a bike...at all. Highlighting people doing wheelies and getting tickets is irresposible on speeds part. Also less NASCAR and more real racing. Bring back 2 wheel tuesday!!!!!!!!!!
You took a very informative motorcycle racing update show off of the air and replaced it with a show that encourages risky street riding and squidly behavior. Thanks a lot. You just set motorcycling back thousands of steps.
It's like doing a show about hockey players and only showcasing the fighters. It has no demographic pull and gives responsible motorcycling a bad name.
This show is the worst representation of sport bike riders ever aired. Please arrest those lawbreaking punks and make room on the streets for responsible riders. The show should GO!
because this show will do to sportbikes what "Easyrider" did to motorcycling in general, as in: make us look like a bunch of losers with our heads shoved up our colons so far that we can't think straight because are suffering from oxygen starvaton
Why can't people ever look at the responisble rider, even worse is why everyone looks at everything in a stereotype? just take the show off the air unless it's going promote biking!
because it shows all the negatives of this sport and almost nothing these bikes were designed for. It would be ok if they were doing the stunts in a controlled enviroment but I'd rather see some type of sporscenter like show about ama, motogp, and wsb, and some trackday tips, interviews with the pros etc.
Not everyone rides a Superbike that way and so I support this petition. So please bring back more motorcycle racing programs, We do not need this show adding to negative stereotypes of motorcycle riders.
due to the fact that we don't need any more negativity when it comes to our style of bikes. Besides, I'm still learning the proper techniques of poppin' wicked-ass wheelies and endo's!
