Support both Subtitled and Dubbed-over Anime!

Anime is a steadily growing fascination and long time favorite both in Japan and here at home in the United States and as fans we should support it and the views of all sides who have been constantly arguing over it's Subtitled Of Dubbed features.
Subbed:
Many support the action that Anime should stay in it's original language Japanese and have English (Or other language but lets not go into that) Subtitles running across the bottom to understand what they are saying. Many argue that this is better also for the fact the voices are less annoying and the lip sync matches.
Many do not like the subtitles as it is harder to follow and understand the plots. A more famous quote saying "If I wanted to read I would buy the Manga."
Dubbed:
Others claim that when brought to the U.S.A these shows should be Dubbed, or re-done in English. This as you can imagine is costly but effective if done right. Great Voice actors are born every day to turn our favorite Japanese Cartoons into a world we can much more easily understand without having to read. However if this is done poorly-as it has been done many of times-the result is very angry Sub fans who liked it with it's original feel. Also the lip sync is often terrible-although it is understandably hard to turn the many sounds of Japanese to English perfectly.

My petition is not to choose one side over the other but rather to find supporters who will except or at least give both a chance. Find a balance so we can see more people taking in the wonderful language that is Japanese-and sharpen their reading skills at the same time (Not to mention learn a few words here and there ins said language.) and see some more full series of Dubbed Anime on DVD and around the internet.
