It is inhuman to deport Ethiopians to a brutal, authocratic and mass murderer goverment. It is just like giving somebody to a hungry lion. I don't think the Swiss government has the gut to do that. The Ethiopian government has gunned down innocent demonstrators in the capital recently.If the Swiss government deports 'people who needs its protection' ,it amounts to the deportation of jews to Nazi Germany.I hope Switzerland and the Swiss would not once again fall to the trap of fascists.The asylum seekers are today powerless and a political expenditure for the swiss government ,but one day God and History will judge the Swiss for passing 'the vulnerable to torure and death'.The Swiss should not forget that Ethiopia still applies the death penalty and torture is widely practised in the country.Thus ,I pray the Swiss people and government would respect their international obligation in avoiding another 'humane catstrophe'.
The government Switzerland is being measured and tested by people of Ethiopia. The inhospitality and cruel reception of Ethiopians in Switzerland shall be the measure of their hospitality and humanity. Ethiopians will regain their liberty and shall return happily to Ethiopia some day. However, they cannot happily return to Ethiopia because of the cruel regime in power. We ask the government of Switzerland to treat each and all Ethiopians as refugees in plight and assist either their travel to another third country. It will be remember very sadly if the government forces Ethiopians to return to Ethiopia knowing the danger to their lives.

I know that we Ethiopians are shouting for help at home. Meles / Weyane, 14 years of lies, killings,
14 years of hunger and misery, more ethnic division and hate, murdering, jailing and torturing, disappearance of political opponents etc. People are dying and jailed everyday officially and underground. So Ethiopia is not and cannot be a save country at the moment. But we all dreaming to have a stable, secured and peaceful country.
Now Mels / Weyane is trying to extend his dictatorial and barbaric activities even in abroad. This is just to create unrest and make confusion for his citizens’ abroad too. Do you know that a TPLF member is migrating regularly by having legal documents. They will receive a warning or any so relevant documents that will support them as asylum seekers.
I can't believe that a civilized society like Swizterland will treat the destitute in such a manner. I urge the Government and people of Switerland to imporove the conditions of the Ethiopian asylum- seekers and to stop their deoportation to Ethiopia where they will definitely face persecution.
Ethiopia,unfortunately, we thought after may 15 national election, was to be one of the civilized nations who uphold universal human rights and the rule of law. However, as the reality dictates, after the election was held the prime ministerr single handedly declared state of emergency and launched massive campaign of state-sponsored terrorism which out of many friendly countries the most influential in the region, the USA's congress men had expressed their concern among many such as the prime minsiter of Uk who also expressed his distress as tthe way the prime minister of Ethiopia had responded to unguarded and unarmed civilians who were out for demonstration which left 36 innocent lives left dead.
The Embassy of Switzerland in Addis knows this fact very clearly.
In the face of such reality and also swiss being one of the foremost countries which are signitories of the geneva converntion for refugees, should have been helpfull to the stateless refugees in swiss who are under the mercy of the authorities out there, not otherwise.
Therefore, I urge all concerned authorities should consult their embassy in Ethiopia and find out what actually is Ethiopia today for its citizens.
Thus it is of great concern to people like myself who know what it means to live there under the regime in Ethiopia.

I am sorry for this crazy Switzerland’s asylum policy; we may need to remind them about the EU constitution and/or asylum policy as well as the EU declaration of human right. Even if they are not EU members, they may adapt the same policy, even if they are not, still they are the signatory of the universal declaration of human right, so at list they have to respect one of the documents they sign.
I would like to give my support for my fellow Ethiopians and also I would like to tell you that, Politically, Legally and economically it is not possible to make mass deportation. Do not worry, simply fight back, make hunger strike, get local and international support, find what international document the Swiss get into. Here I give you a few example, may be you need to look these articles.
