The purpose of this petition is to inform the public that the T-mobile cellular company sucks. They are unprofessional, service is very poor, customer service is non-exsistent. and, they lie to their costumers.

I support this petition.I have been a customer for almost a year now and it\'s so sucky.The customer \"service\"is a joke i recently had to get a second rose Behold sent out because the first one started crashing now my second Behold is also crashing after less than 2 months.T mobile insisted i pay 10 dollars for the ground shipping of the new phone i of course refused,it\'s not about the cost it\'s about the principle.T mobile is responsible for their phones with glitches i pay good money for an account with three lines on it.So after being hung up on,transfered 50 times,an talking to one brainless jirk after another i\'ve decided to take my business to cingular..good luck to everyone dealing with this stupid irritating crap

I support this petition. I have a phone that broke a week out of warranty. They want to charge me almost $400 for a new phone. If I was a new customer, it would be $100. They don\'t care about current customers, only new ones. When my contract is up, I\'m out of there.

I support this petition. I am so, so, so upset with tmobile. First I get their homeservice and soon after find out it doesn\'t work with a fax. I didn\'t have a fax machine at the time and when I wanted to get one 6 months later, I\'m stuck with tmobile home or a cancellation charge of $200. Give me a break! Tmobile SUCKS big time!!! Also, sucking big time are the modems they use. The hiPort won\'t reboot more than half the time. I must do several boots before the blue light comes on. Give me a break!!!

I support this petition.... This is the worst cell phone company I ever had, I switched at&t which people say sucks but so far it\'s been way better than t-mobile, ARELY any dropped calls for me. With T-Mobile I had dropped calls like no other every single day and my text messages hardly ever went through. customer service can\'t get their s**t straight, and just charges people for service not being provided
