I set up a payment arrangement for a bill (They over charged me BIGTIME for going over my minutes due to a personal tragedy). T Mobil did not honor it. They canceled my service when I agreed to pay and now is charging me an extra $400.00- They admitted they were wrong but said sorry you have to pay!! I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

A JD Powers award does not mean they treat everyone with respect. I signed up for svc on 6/26/06 bacause they would credit 14,000 miles to my American Airlines frequent flyer program. As per the promotion statement, mileage would be credit between 10-12 weeks. It is now 20 weeks, and no miles have been added. I contacted Cust Serv on 10/12 & 10/27. Both times they verified that the mileage was due, and nothing yet. On 10/27 I asked for John Clelland's address (VP Cust Svc), so that I could write him a complaint letter, and NO ONE, not even Cust Serv supervisors, knew where to physically write to him. I was instead given the e-mail address for Robert Dotson (T-Mobile's President & CEO), so I write him a letter. he passes on to Ralph Gutierrez, who on 11/14/06 confirms the same thing I already know, Mileage is DUE to me, WAIT 3 more weeks!!! I again wrote to Mr. Dotson, requesting any incentive, for the gross delay, and again the e-mail is answered by Ralph, it basically says take the mileage when we get to it, pay your bill, and that is it. I have not had a positive experience with TMobile Customer Service. I still do not know the street address for John Clelland, and writing to Robert Dotson himself hand no impact whatsoever. Please use a different carrier! e-mail for TMobile President & CEO is RDotson@t-mobile.com.

I support this petition because T-Mobile has terrible customer service. I purchased a Blackberry telephone (along with two other telephones) and an extensive plan from them several months ago. This morning, the female portion of the charging mechanism fell out of the phone when I took the charger out. When I took it back to them, they told me that because the phone was physically damaged, they would not replace it. In fact, I couldn't even get them to give me a deal on another phone. I had to add a line for $20 per month and then upgrade to a Blackberry at significant extra cost, switch SIM cards and get another cheaper phone for the new number. Insanity! i want a class action lawsuit ipaq6315 is the worst phone/pda ever and stay as far away from t-mobile as possible everyone says they have great customer service. i think what they mean is there very nice and polite when you call but they dont fix there problems or stand behind there products. ive seen a slow steady decline in the quality of there service. after 2 years they finally have a rom upgrade that made the bluetooth useable but they dont reccomend it.it might break the phone and if it does to bad. they have to send it to hp on your dime. there coverage has gotten so bad i had no choice but to cancel my service but even after all my trouble with the phone and service im still stuck paying a 200.00 cancelation fee shame on you t-mobile ill be the first to celebrate when you go out of business

I work for t-mobile and I'm here to say they suck... I'd like to think I provide good customer service. But T-mobile policy does limit that ability. I had a problem w/ my phone and cust care sent me a replacement phone. I sent my bad phone back w/ the return label provided by T-mobile. They stated they never rcvd it and charged me almost $400.00 for a phone I got free. I kept the tracking # which was never scanned into the system. T-mobile wouldn't help me and basically told me they were sorry about my bad luck. DON'T USE T-MOBILE!!

I am sick and tired of dropped calls, getting booted off my calls because t-mobile doesn't own any towers (they lease them from competitors). My reception can never stay consistent. One are I have 5 bars, I walk 10 feet and I have no reception. T-Mobile sucks sooo much. The reason why I still have them is because my employer chose the carrier and pays half of the bill.

Today during lunch, I went to the t-mobile store at the arsenal mall in Watertown Massachusetts where I waited for 45mins for someone to help me. The person at the store was not familiar with the error code on my phone, he then called t-mobile and handed me the phone where I was put on hold for 20+ minutes, and he went to help another customer. As I am a working member of society, I had already taken advantage of my boss enough and had to return to work before anyone actually picked up the phone. I could not believe I had just spent an hour at the t-mobile store because my t-mobile phone was broke and somehow I still did not have any idea what was wrong with my phone. Once things calmed down at the office I called again where I sat once again on hold for an additional 20+ minutes, when I had to finally hang up and go into a meeting. When I came home from work, I called again, where I sat for at least 20 minutes again waiting to speak with someone. I almost wet myself when someone finally picked up the line it turned out I was in the wrong department the first customer service had transferred me to Bluetooth and not the danger department, so I was put on hold again this time for 18 minutes I started clocking the call at this point. The person on the other line instructed me to remove the sim card and try again, at this point still, nothing, they had me turn off my phone and then they did something on their end, and had me turn it back on. Poof like that it was working again. I thanked them, asked what I should do if it happens again, and they said if it happens again call back and they will send my out a replacement. Roughly, 5 to 10 minutes later I walked up to the corner pizza place to get dinner as it was now almost 8pm and as I spent my lunch at t-mobile, I was starved. Once I arrived at the pizza place, I tried to call my wife and see if she wanted something to drink, guess what no l

I support this petition. As for Customer Satisfaction for them it is a joke. I had a broken phone sent in and then noticed a month later that I was charged to restock the same phone that I sent back. You have to be kidding me!!! I was with them for almost three years and they told me there was nothing that they could do. So being the savy consumer that I am I down graded my rate plan and will switch providers the mn. that my contract is up. I REFUSE to let t-mobile have another dime from me other than what my contract calls. It was cheaper to downgrade my service then pay the 200.00 fee to cancel my phone. I support this petition. T-mobile has the worst customer service I've ever come across. They have now topped SBC. Calling t-mobile for support is a living hell, even Kafka could not have imagined. One time I spent 2-3 hours a day for over a week trying to get money refunded on erroneous duplicate charge for a new account and phone for my company: I spoke to 12 different people in 5 departments I was tranfered four or five times each call including suprvisers, I was ssured 4 times the issue was taken care of, and the issue has still never been resolved and its been 6 months. I hate them!

T mobile says I should have great reception but my mother, father, and girlfriend all have tmobile and they also get no signal where I live. Great! I'm paying $70/mo. for a cell phone I can't use! I actually just called in the other night and Customer Care helped me out quicklywith friendly service (AND IM NOT A FAN OF OUR CUSTOMER CARE) We have been ranked THREE YEARS IN A ROW BY JD POWER AND ASSOCIATES AS #1. As respected as JD POWER is, I trust them. ALSO as far as Elizabeth, I graduated high school, ohy ah with HONORS too, and I am currently working on my bachelors and T-Mobile is helping me with school. TMobile rips off consumers. Had Tmobile for 29 days, have been trying to cancel. But they say the contract says 14 days except in California in which it is 30 days. I spoke to so many ppl in the past couple days. It is a very good way to rip off consumers. Spoke to Kevin,some higher up supervisor, said he cannot break , cannot, cannot break my contract. They want to rip off consumers. I have no complains about the service but I cannot port my old number from my old provider and have no choice right now. Every company offers 30 days, I don't remember being told about 14 days. Spoke to Richard when I got it activated about 29 days ago. That is why we have standards & pay taxes to ensure that consumer's rights are protected. But this is just wrong. Welcome to the Corporate world of cheats. I hope someone takes the initiative & applies the 30 day rule for all other states. Seems like people in California do a good job of lobbying. Please let me know if there is something else I can do. So, T-Mobile's customer service sucks, the reps, are rude, and the company is unprofessional. I guess that explains why they've wone the J.D. Powers and Associates award for best customer service two years in a row? And none of the other 20 million T-Mobile customers have phones that dial 911 by themselves, so it's more likely that you're a dumbass than it is that your phone is dialing 911. And that 5 cents you're being charged is about increase to 10 cents about mid january so if i were you i'd add a messaging bundle to my plan or maybe just stop using aim on my phone and then blaming it on the service provider when you run your bill up. And if you don't have service in areas you need it, you knew that when you bought the phone, you should've taken it back within the two week return period, so stop bitching. bitch.
