Had lost service for 3 days, spent hours on the phone only to get a trouble ticket to be filed. When I asked for credit , they only gave you bonus minutes you don't need. I got enough already. When you ask for money compensation, they'll just lie to you. I have had enough T-mobile.
I support this petition. We just we're switched to t-mobile from suncom. Why would suncom do this to us? I hate t-mobile they disconnected us without warning. Then they would'nt let me talk with anyone about my bill until I made my payment. What the hell. What if I wanted to dispute my bill. I miss Suncom.
I support this petition.I agree 100% I was just on the phone with them the other day and they lied, turned things around, and when I told them to take my credit card info off my account they kept it on after 3 xs asking them to take it off!they took mony right out of it!they suck completely!I feel so helpless on thephone when I talk to them and half dont speak English or you get frustrated trying to understand them-----
I support this petition. I was involved in an accident and was unable to call 911!!!! I loose service all over the city(Atlanta) and calls often go straight to voicemal! T-mobile S***S!!!!
I support this petition. Due to scheduled maintenance my T-mobile phone hasn't worked for 3 days. I was given a $10 credit and told I could cancel my contract for a fee of $200. Thanks T-mobile you S*ck! If service is still down tomorrow you can have you d*mn $200!
Awful service. Messages automatically forwarded to website, which is buggy and doesn't display all messages. Slow internet. Ridiculous cancellation fees. Shoddy phones.
I support this petition. My contract is up and I'm switching to Alltel. I still have one phone with t-mobile that belongs to my daughter. I have to wait 'til June the 30th to cacel her phone or pay 200 dollars cancellation fee. I went to Donalsonvillle, Ga this pass weekend and had to buy a tracfone just to have service. That's why T-Mobile sucks and have crappy ervice.
I support this petition.tmobile is trying to charge me twice for the same phone and top exec Vin Rozzy told me tobad you gotta pay or take it to small claims court
I support this petition. I have T-mobile service or atleast am paying for the service and am not getting service at work and all my calls are dropped at home. They can clearly see this from my billing with multiple calls to teh same number within minutes of each other and refuse to waive the early termination fee.
First, I bought my phone from the T-Mobile website using my credit card. I chose the Flex Plan which means I paid for the 1st months service. Now they are charging me for it again. I called CS and they asked all kinds of ridiculous questions like where did I buy the phone from, how did I pay for it, etc. Then they said I never paid the bill to begin with yet it my credit card bill shows that I did pay. Also, I always lose service. Something needs to be done about T-Mobile. They are as rogue a company as I've ever seen.
T-Mobile really sucks. My cell phone doesn\'t have any signal in my apt. building and classroons here in NYC! I called their so called CS three times and they basically could do nothing about it. I couldn\'t get my phone calls in my room and I have to pay every month. T-Mobile is charging for the service they don\'t provide. If I cancel it now, I would have to pay $200. The first thing I do when my service term ends would be canceling the so called service. And I will never turn back again. Big middle finger to T-Mobile.
T-mobile has the absolute worst CS I have ever encountered. Said I would have service where I live. I do, but it is extremely poor with repeated dropped calls and no service on many occasions. I will probably have to pay the ridiculous 200 bucks even though I was told I should have service and don\'t. Seems fair.
Tmobile service is awful in my area. It seems to only work around the interstate and cities.Other carriars have service in the places where I work.So I tried to terminate my service after being a loyal customer for seven years but they wouldnt let me out of my contract.
i cannot get reception in my own house - and its not like i live in the boonies - i live in Newark, the largest city in NJ!! calls drop - i get late texts and it takes at least 30 seconds for a call to connect. i hate t-mobile!
Long time customer of T-mobile. Spent 2 hours on phone this morning trying to get replacement for defective phone. Unprofessional employees. Each rep I talked to told me different price for upgrade. Arbitrary. \
i never have service, always get delayed texts, always have to deal with rude customer service people. F**K U TMOBILE!!!!!! no point in buying a 300 dollar phone if im never going to have service...hello iphone and AT
SHADY AS HELL. T-Mobile\'s billing statements are intentionally designed to be misleading with the amount actually owed in small type, and the larger, spending limit balance which isn\'t the amount owed in bold print with a large box around it, they\'ve charged me more than i owe on multiple occasions. Almost always i\'ll pay my bill online by credit card, and for some mysterious reason, i\'ll get a paper bill in the mail dated days after the transaction has already been sent through that says i still owe the amount i\'ve already paid. WTF? Isn\'t it 2008? how is it that this doesn\'t show up in their system like it does with EVERY OTHER cell phone provider, and for that matter EVERY OTHER business i\'ve ever dealt with. Fortunately for me my contract is up in a month and i won\'t have to deal with their bullshit any longer
T-Mobile sucks. My service is over in 12 days and I can\'t wait to tell them to go fu*k themselves. Their service sucks ass and their customer service reps are stupid, ineffectual assholes. I hope the company goes bankrupt and these assholes all lose their jobs and go broke and die!
ODIO A TMOBILE solo espero que ya se termine este odioso contrato que tengo con esta estupida compania. Cobran lo que quieren y nunca dicen la verdad, crei que era un buen proveedor pero solo son unos ESTAFADORES y ladrones. FUK YOU TMOBILE
T-mo has been bad lately! When I first started 6 years ago, they were always able to help out, and would be nice. About 2 years ago, I noticed they started to become ruder, and would constantly remind me of policy, and how they are sorry and is there anything else? I am sick of being treated like this, and will now be switching
this is the worst phone company in the world, i pay my bill on time every month and they always cut my phone off. i paid my bill on the 4th, my billing cycle\'s on the 8th and its currently the 17th and my phone still isnt on.
T-mobile trains their employees to lie to their customers. This is an evil company that is filled with conspiring liars. Don't ever trust them, always record everything whenever you deal with them, whether its on the phone or through email correspondence. They will say one thing today, and easily say another the next time you talk to them. Their service is the worse ever. They never send me my free-flights, they disqualified my rebate, and plus they cheated me and my girlfriend by making false offers on the phone and then charging double, and going back on their own words. Most of all the customer service representatives are trainned to be rude, unfriendly, and discieving. STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE> STAY AWAY FROM HELL.
I thougth T-Moble was great when I got my daughter on their service, but found I have been lied to time and again by customer service, been charged fees without being informed in advance. I have my personal cell phone and husbands cell phone with Sprint for over 7 years, I will never switch for a T Moble... once this contact is up, they aint getting a new one!
T-mobile is a scam. My reception is almost non-existant, and therefore they do not live up to their service contract. They provide NO customer service.
T-Mobile does suck bad. No reception when everyone else gets reception, i get texts from people about 3-4hrs late. It always I mean ALWAYS drops my calls. I can't change carriers because I have a two-year contract with them which doesnt expire until 1/09! SIDEKICK T-Mobile = FAILthey suck at life i swear. it pisses me off. I even smashed my phone this morning because I hate them so much.
i am from the UK and Tmobile have 5 levels of patronising defence designed to wear you down. When you do get called from tmobile, they patronise you until your blood boils. Their customer service is a f......joke, their customer relations staff are as thick as a plank and cant find their ass from their lbow let alone logged notes on their computer scree, if they can figure out how to find the correct screen.90% of them dont even bother to input info they claim they are/have to the customer. And even when you do come across a customer services asst who wants to help, she /he cant because their training is so bad or and they are forced to take the mark of the tmobile beast and comply with the evil tmobile comapny policy of repeating they cannot help you any further and make no attempt to listen to you, who are by now ready to strangle them. The infuriating policy that tmobile has towards its customers will be its undoing. watch as share prices fall as news spreads of the amount of customers leaving them on end of contract, and warning others to buyer beware! use the media in all its forms and appeal to all regulatory bodies and organisations-tmobile victims unite and we will bring them down!
T-mobile does not disclose the proper information for an infrmed customer. As soon as you fall into one of their traps, they state their policy and act as if this information was obvious and yu should have known. Tmobile sucks!
Biggest rip off ever. They would have had a lifelong customer. I was with Sprint, (another rip off company who charged me taxes and service charges for two states, Washington and Oregon. I live in oregon , as was paying sales tax, among other charges as if i lived in Washington.) for 2.5 years. After being double charged I switched to t-mobile. Never in our lives have we used over 600 minets. Well they claimed we used almost 2000 minuets on our plan. We were being charged for outgoing calls to people who were simultaneously call ing us and on the phone on hold while we were talking to them? We were being charged for numerous repeat calls 4 to 5 calls to every number called that month. We were charged for text messages an calls from the previous owners of the old phone number. Do not be lured in by their low priced deals. They will screw you in the end. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SPRINT! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SPRINT! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SPRINT! I am willing to sign any petition, or join any class action suite for being over billed, and claims of repeat calls
Dear Sir or Madam:Over a year ago I signed up with your company on with your company directly on the phone. My contract with you expired on 1/9/07.When I originally signed up I was told that I would have to go with a smart access plan and paid an additional no-refundable $75 fee to do so with the promise that I would automatically become a regular customer after one year of service with on time payments. Now I have discovered that the only way I can become a regular customer and achieve regular customer status is to renew my contract for an additional year directly with you.The problem is that this blocks me from working with your vendors such as wirelessbuy.com.Here is the Scenario. I am interested in Blackberry Curve 8320 Pale Gold with you promo 1,500 minutes including nights and weekends.Your are offering the phone for $349 with a one year contract. Wirelessbuy.com is offering the same phone for $100 with a one year contract. The pricing for the phone with a two year contract is $267 with you and $50 with wirelessbuy.com.My contract with you is expired so I cancel anytime I choose.Obviously I am going to work through wirelessbuy.com to save the $250 in price difference. The representative at wirelessbuy.com said that I cannot buy through him if I did not at the same time also renew my original line with you to get off of smart access. The rep said this was shady practice and not up to T-Mobile standards.I contacted you by phone several times about this including Patrice 373724 and she stated that the only way I could get off of smart access and become a regular customer is to renew my contract directly with you for one year.I want to get the deal with wirelessbuy.com without having to renew my original line with you. I do not care about keeping my number because my plan was to port over my landline number to the new line.I want you to change me to a regular customer right now as promised when I signed up with you without renewing my contract with you and payi
T-Mobile is the worst of all US Cell phone carriers. I bout a brand new Dash in June and have been through FIVE phones. All have major issues. I was told by several different people that they would send me a different phone AFTER THE NEXT EXCHANGE. However, I am always told AFTER THE NEXT EXCHANGE! I have wasted no less than a 40 hour work week going back and forth with these idiots. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone with a brain and voice. Each time I am transfered to a
T-mobile charged me illegally 40 cents per minute on my cell phone, total $22.50, I did not exceed my minutes. When I called them first they rep understood this billing issue and promised will discuss with supervisor and call back, then they called me after couple of hours telling this is because you exceeded call forwarding minutes of 500 min on that line. Their website still shows I have 1000 call forwarding minutes on each line. Calls were getting forwarded because of their poor service of Wifi which I complained so many times. Also when I calculated my call forwarding minutes I had used only 451 minutes, just after that they started charging 40cents per minutes even on weekend when it is free. Even expalining everything didn't help, looks like will have to call FCC and other routes.
My T-mobile cell has not been working for weeks and I have been with their technical support for over 5 hours today and they want me to continue to wait until tomorrow for further procedures before they can think of replacing my cell phone that is still under warranty period.
It takes at least 5 seconds for my phone to connect to incoming calls and when ever i send texts they are sent all out of order and the receipient gets them hours after they have been sent
T-mobile blows because of their padding my family plan bill with bogus text message charges we never made. We do not use, nor do we want text messaging service. I have to every God-damn month and spend 20 freaking minutes trying to get 15-30 cents removed from my bill. Usually they do, but lately they have been arrogant asses. I'm now paying my bill in $1 increments with a rewards credit card and tmobile can now enjoy the merchant fees as a result. F'em.email answer from them while trying to get FIFTEEN CENTS credited:Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile, my name is Kim and Iam a supervisor in the Web Correspondence department.I understand that you are upset that you have been charged for textmessages, though you do not use this service. I have reviewed youraccount XXXX and do see that on October 26 you had contact CustomerCare, and we issued 10 bonus messages to your account. By accepting thisoffer, we consider the issue closed, and therefore we will not beissuing any credits for this text.Matter closed? I don't think so tmobile. I'm just getting started.
T-Mobile dropped coverage in my area and when I complained they said I could purchase a better phone and maybe that would help. when I asked them to cancel my plan since they were not providing the service they were supposed to and had been for 4 years prior to this problem arising they said they would charge $200 to terminate the contract and were unwilling to do anything to return service to the area.
I was told a tower was being built at the end of my house, and he swore to it. OMG, I actually believed him. Two months later, I still don't have service at my house, and there is NO NEW TOWER.
T-mobile is the worst fuc**** cell company I have ever been with!!!!!!! Their phones are shite! Their service is shite; I am constantly dropping calls! And don't even get me started on their customer service!!!!! Buyer beware! They may be the cheapest around, but you most definitely get what you pay for!!!
T Mobile sucks!!! I've been a customer for only 7 months and based on my experience so far, I would never, never, never sign up for their service again....
The only reason I'm signing this is because T-mobile wanted to build a mast at the back of our house! We organised a petition in our neighbourhood and we won! So f**k off T-mobile!!
Nothing but problems since I began w/T-Mobile over a year ago. Want to get out, but termination fee stops (have 5 phones on family plan). Paying $300-400 (or more) each month anyway, so will probably cancel soon anyway!
I signed up for t-mobile, bought two phone, went through trouble of setting up voicemail, reading the manual, etc., only to discover they don't even have coverage where I live in downtown San Rafael. Then they send me a bill for $12.92 for the one day (they say three, but I brought the phone back the next day) I had
I was on a family plan and whent to upgrade for more minutes, turns out they put me on two separate plans. The new plans were more than double. Customer noservice said it was my own mistake, and tey can't do nothing about it.
T-Mobile customer for 7 years now, they gave me 100 free minutes but did not tell me that they were good for only 90 days. I called and they will not make good on the free minutes and I have to pay the overage. Their customer service sucks and they lie to their customers
Stupid blondes on the phone don't have a clue and they use automated bots for e-mail 'support'. If you complain to them via e-mail, they ignore it!! If you call, they try to patronise you.If there's ever a revolution, T-Mobile should be first to go.
Went from Verizon to T-Mobile, so I could get my dad on it. Phone got wet on third day. Had to buy another phone. Phone sucks, service sucks and it's rated
T-Mobile allowed my seventeen-year old to change the conditions of my plan without my permission - not once, but a half-a-dozen times! Since the Wife pays bills, she just assumed I was changing it. Now I have a plan that is $100 more than is should be for the last year and a half!
i switched to tmobile because the area that i will be living in part time was not serviced by Spring. and tmobile was $15 cheaper a month for the same plan. I guess you get what you pay for. people cant hear me, i cant hear them, calls are muffled and dropped consistently. tmobile DOES suck!! i want my sprint back. :( but im chained to tmobile for 2 years now.. ugh..
I live on the outskirts of Tucson, Arizona. (Catalina, AZ) and with T-mobile there is NO Service in the house. If I go outside the house there is service, but it drops calls every other minute. On both mine and my moms phones there were NO service in the house. If you live in Arizona I would NOT go with this cell phone service.
T-Mobile representative promised and signed on the back of the business card for waive 2 account fees. When I receive the first bill, I bring to them and I spoke with the store manager and hand over all necessary infor to waive the fees. This fees never been waived and service is suspended. I left several massages and nor reply.
