I support this petition. T-mobile is the worst thing that the devil created. If Hitler and Saddam had to have a means of communication between them in hell it would be provided by T-mobile. I was currently deployed overseas with 1/4 out of Pendelton and my spouse was to keep in contact with me throguh her phone. However, everytime i tired to reach her the phone didn\'t work. After 6 months deployed and a safe return i found that my wife decided to leave me. She says that she thinks we just grew apart... I think there was somebosy else, and the bastard had AT&T.

When we found out we could cancel our contract because of that, the \"wonderful\" customer service rep. wanted to argue with us about whether or not we had coverage and told us we could get out of our contract. T-Mobile sucks. Someone should tell Katerhine Zada Jones.
I support this petition because t-mobile recently push a firmware update to \'my\' t-moile branded linksys router.
Not only did the update break port forwarding t-mobile refuses to take \'my\' router off their update list. Even linkdyd agree that pushing firmware updates is a bad idea (so why do they build this capability into their router? Linksys sucks too as far as I\'m concerned.)
So there you have why I think t-mobile sucks.
Bought a prepaid. The phone was not reliable. Getting \"no service\" icon although coverage map indicated \"best coverage.\" Customer service was horrible. Could not understand a thing they were saying. Indian call center bounced me from one condescending dot head to another. Finally sent phone in for refund. Also had purchased $100 minutes. They refunded for phone, but not unused minutes. Getting run around from indians again. I bought ATT prepaid. Excellent service and product.
I support this petition. I have never been satisified with their customer service. After two months I debated paying the ETF. In addition, I live close to Canada and my phone constantly connects to a Canadian tower and I get charged international roaming even though I\'m still in the USA. Terrible customer service. Terrible coverage.

I support this petition. Tmobile ripped me off on my data stick when I was still under my 20 days buyers trial. Charged me 259.99 for my stick after I returned the prodcut because it never worked in the zipcodes that I asked about several times before purchasing from them and was told I would get great 3G service in those areas. Tmobile is a SCAM. I highly do not recommend it.
I support this petition.I would advise everybody to check there bill on line in the destation section.there are charges from different states,as if you were in one state and the next minite your in another.(I mean with in a minite)I also dont even have call waiting but i get billed for it.(check the billing codes out)The time you are on the phone and the minites you use are even wrong.exsample / Time called at 2:30 PM 4 minites at 2:32 PM 1 minite between 2:30 & 2:32 that is only 2 minites apart.see what I am saying is look down your page and cheeck out the minites you use INcoming & outcoming.

Oh where do I start. I have had Tmobile for 2 years. I am actually on the phone with a CS manager RIGHT NOW! In the begining I signed up for service in a store which put me on a totally different plan than I signed up for. After 2 months of fighting I finally got the right person to change this and credit me back all the money I paid (I had documents of the plan that I had signed the paperwork on) since then I have to call EVERY month to correct my bill. Now For whatever reason our phones are "eating" minutes! in 21 days 753 minutes to be exact! I have been on the phone with CS for THREE HOURS trying to get those minutes replaced which were promised to me by a "tech support" agent. Problem is NO ONE in CS speaks clear english!!!! Please DO NOT choose tmobile for your service. Its a total rip off and nothing more than a hazzle!!!

They put me on the $89 plan instead of the $69 which I was on for a year and extended my contract. Now they have nothing logged about my call to them except that their (lying) customer service rep put in the one thing he had not mentioned ' any changes to my account will extend my contract by one year". SO now Im stuck on a 89 contract and if I change it, they will extend it.

Ordered minutes, never arrived on phone. Called several times, was transferred 8 times, hung up on time & again!!! There are PLENTY of other companies who would be glad to have business, especially in today's economy!!! Never again with T-mobile!!!

They took all my phone futures off, and disabled my caller ID, so I couldent call any1, when i try and call Customer Care they let me hang on the phone for @ least 20 min then hungup, when tryed to call from another i was geting through within 5 min but when i gave them the mobile #, the friendly Customer Care(sucks)person used to hang up on me within a few second.
