Their supervisors have absolutely no authority to do anything, their managers are absurd, & don\'t even get me started on their technical support staff. Support? More like problem causers! Their customer service/hey-customer-we-h ate-you team is such a pathetic joke on society. What\'s even more disturbing, is the fact that when they put you on hold, you can hear background interference; let\'s hope they\'re not texting their \"bff\" our credit information. I support this petition. TMOBILE sucks they kepp deleting my contact book and they make you go on the website that hardly works and takes an hour to load on probabally even the best computer in the world. You go to a Tmobile store, they do nothing but be miserable unhelpful pricks and put you on the phone with a Tmobile rep who wont help you either. I CANNOT believe a company is allowed to treat people like this.

I had problems with my sidekick from the start and i had a fight with the guy in the store about it he didn\'t believe me and he said that his thirteen year old daughter loves this phone so I know it works. Next thing it goes out and doesn\'t work at all. T mobile are a bunch of unprofessional hicks , and their service is the worst I have ever had.
SO my sidekick went to s*#% and i got another prepaid phone to put my sim card in. Not even 24 hours later the prepaid phone asks for a security code. Ive tried everything and it wont work. I hate tmobile and I have had to many problems .
I support this petition. I tried to change to T-mobiles\' unlimited plan under my Flex-Pay account. I was told that I would have to start a NEW contract and pay an early termination fee for each of my 2 phones at $200 a piece. What a rip-off!

I totally agree! they\'re cancelation fee is like 200 dollars PER PHONE. AND THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT IT UNTIL THEY HAVE U LOCKED IN! they\'re phones are super expensive, they\'re service SUCKS, and they lie to they\'re costumers. i am soooo going to spread this around.
Two T-Mobile stores refused to fix my BlackBerry when I had a problem with the thumb wheel; I only found out during my last call with them that they do not fix phones as a matter of policy. Thus the enormous pressure for full cost upgrades. I ended my contract and asked for a service credit for the time I could not use my BB. After much hemming and hawing, I get a bill credit for a measly $35 and the manager agrees that I can pay the itemized bill when I get it in the mail. Today (less than 10 days later) I get a call from a Collections Agency informing me that \"You are NO longer a T-Mobile Customer\" and trying to hit me up for the full amount, not including the bill credit that was promised! Bite me, T-Mobile! Thieves and scum.

They were charging me for a package that i requested to be taken off my plan a year earlier so for almost a year they kept charging me, when asked why they did so they had no explanation as to why they mipasses executing my request and declined to credit me back the money i paid for a plan i did not have ir use on my lines..for that an dthe rudeness of their reps and managers i switched to verizon
T-Mobile sends winning notices to customers for their contest and then call it a technical glitch. They also ban people from their forums for anything they see fit including exercising their first amendment rights to free speech and a free press.
I support this petition. I have watched my daughter go through hell to correct T mobile. They paid cash to activate their phone with flexpay. T mobile could not find their receipt, it had been faxed to them 3 times. Their phones have been shut off every day for 7 days now and the problem is still not fixed. figure 1 hour a day on customer service.
I support this petition. I purchased 2 phones and plans from Suncom and when TMobile bought them they changed my plan and would not honor the plans I bought which in turn has cost me money. My wife and I have spent endless hours arguing with them every month for nothing. I just wrote them and they replied saying that I called and requested a plan change. I have my origina documents and Im looking for a class action suit for these theives and liars.
I support this petition because whilst their SOLO prices seem cheap when you give them 30-days notice they bill you for the pro-rota minutes up until the cancellation date and when that has been paid then send out a second bill for the same minutes used but at a PAYG rate which is 3 times as much even though you have already paid for the minutes.
Then when you try to contest the DUPLICATE BILLING they close your account and send the DUPLICATE BILL to debt collectors without any justification of the second bill as they know most people will just pay up.
I support this petition because they suck. I upgraded my phone in January 2009 to a lame ass Blackberry. had it two months and it began dropping calls. I tried several times to call and report this problem, and spoke to reps with their fake cheery voices \"oh, you are the ONLY person with problems on a Blackberry! I love my Blackberry!\" Well good for you and your scripted response, but mine isn\'t working! I was always so polite to them too (I work in a call ctr, so I know how much it sucks balls), I would say please and thank you and yes I\'ll wait. Reps would put in service tickets over and over. One lazy ass rep refused to, saying \"well you put one in two weeks ago, someone will call you back.\" Nobody has offered me a credit at all! June rolls around, by now I am eigh months pregnant. They send me a Sony Erickson phone, promising it will work. It doesn\'t! They send me a new SIM card, nothing! I am dropping calls left and right, and I try to nicely say hey look, I\'m pregnant, I cannot have an emergency happen once the baby is here and not be able to make a call! They promise me that 911 still works. OK maybe 911 does, but what about calling my husband at work to tell him I\'m at the hospital? Tonight I called and said \"I know I can get out of my contract for the service being unreliable, how can you convince me not to?\" Mind you, the department I was speaking to is designed to keep people from cancelling their contracts... the rep says \"Well, I would respect your decision, BUT I think we should send you a new handset.\" I asked what about the $100 I put out for the useless Blackberry, and what about the $30 for the Sont? Oh, she can\'t credit me for either! Well can she credit me on my bill for service that only works part-time? Nope!
I am going to cancel once I find a new carrier. I used to love TMobile. Now that can go f*!k themselves. Truly.
I was not shocked to discover this petition. Their customer service is bottom of the barrel, they keep sending message advertising to our cellphone, and keep finding new charges to stick us with. Fortunately our contract is up in 2 months, then we will be finding another cell provider.
