i think tomb raider is the best film ever made and the second just made me complete, god knows what a third one would do but i asure you it will make me happy!
I love tomb raider, got all the games, all the books, all the comics, some action sigues, diaromas and botht he films, make another film would be a great addision and angelina on screen as lara croft is a great thought, espesially if its as good or better than the first two!
As a fan of the game, I would like to see another movie of it. And as for a movie fan, I believe there is still room explore potential in this series.
Anyway, a third is a good idea to come. And more ancient mystical features would be good feature to the film.
I would LOVE a new TR movie... just remember to go to the caves and tombs and have some nice action sequences.. maybe even a Kurtis woudl be good? but if not.. JUST LARA TOMB RAIDING ON HER OWN!!!
I want a new Tomb Raider movie. The movie series was good but the scripts could of been better. Let's make a new movie with a real Tomb Raider plot!
Altough Angelina was pleased with the 2nd movie, I think that making a third will create a "trilogy" and maybe create a tie-in with the upcoming game
In France, we are used to say : "Never 2 without 3." A trilogy/Saga must have 3 Episodes. See Lord Of the Rings, Star Wars, and so on..... C'm'on, guys! Puh-lease!

Movies are about entertainment. Tomb Raider movies are very entertaining. Also, I believe after the great job she has done in the Smith's, and how much exposure that has given her, TR3 would be a huge hit.
Hey, I would like to know if ther is any update on this petition. I think that Mr. and Mrs. Smith is the perfect segue into Angelin Jolie doing a third TR movie. I also believe that if she started working on it now, it would not come out until after the seventh game and, that way it would not be a conflict there. Please let us know if there are any updates.

I believe Angelina Jolie has already signed for a second sequel but it's been cancelled for now. However, they may reconsider it if the game(Tomb Raider Legend) will be a success

Tomb Raider 3 would be an excellent movie if given the proper director and crew. Angelina Jolie is the only actress that can play Lara Croft. Tomb Raider 3 is a must and should only be filmed with Angelina as Lara Croft. A third installment to the movies is exactly what the fans want to see.
I had really hoped that there would be a third movie. I was ready to fight for the death just so the Tomb Raider franchise could have one last chance. I would love to see that chance turn into a reality.

I am a big fan of the Tomb Raider franchise despite that I never really played the games much. Angelina is perfect as Lara Croft, and while I thoroughly enjoyed and own both films, I greatly prefer Jan De Bont's direction. My only recommendation for TR3 is to not have a weak, unlikable character as Lara's love interest--I personally feel that's what did Cradle in. More action and locations were a credit to the film, but it lacked the character and emotional undertone of the first film.
Give it a chance. But please, HIRE a GOOD screenwriter this time. You can do a much better TOMB RAIDER movie with a stronger story and less unnecesary and distracting extravaganzas.
TR is the best please bring a third movie to the big screen!!! I know a lot of people who's day would be made if there is going to be a TR3!!

I've played all the tomb raider games and Angie is absolutely fabulous in that role. I couldn't think of anyone better suited for that role.
