The odds against Taylor being kept for Twilight's third installment
"Eclipse" is greater this time. Time to plan ahead......!!!!!.

You know he's worked incredibly hard to earn (and he has earned it) his reprieve for "New Moon".

But 30lbs of muscle later and the fact that he's a teenager and still growing (however beautifully!) may not be enough to save him next time around. We need your help!!!

I support this petition. of course i do!!! i think a lot of people would be very disappointed to see taylor be replaced! and quite frankly it wouldnt make much sense! i think taylor lautner does an outstanding job of playing the role as jacob! i abselutly LOVE him!!! if he were out of the next movie it would the ratings of the movie by a lot! we hav read the books and now i think more and more people are liking the character of Jacob Black. and the readers have already made a connection with the fictional character and the amazing acter who plays him!!! so pleeeeaaassssse i know im very young but i would be heartbroken to see him go! GO TEAM JACOB!

I support this petition. You cannot replace Taylor Lautner, he worked really hard to get his muscles for New Moon, so it wouldn\'t be right to replace him with someone else. The public has really connected with him, and replacing him will make Summit Entertainment very unpopular with the female society all over the globe. Taylor Lautner is the ONLY Jacob Black!!

I support this petition. Especially when meyer\'s intent was to get to know each character intimately. Putting a new face to Jacob after two movies will definitly destroy the \"reality\" of the Twilight world. Seeing a new face for Jacob during the movie will just keep reminding me that it\'s just a movie instead of litterally getting lost in the story. I\'ll have to keep repeating to myself in my head that they changed him for someone who looks older and will have to concentrate on keeping up with the mood drama of the movie itself. I\'d be like changing Luke Skywalker in Return of the Jedi simply because he\'s supposed to be more one with the force and older and wiser... They did a good job whith Brad Pitt in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and Hagrid in Harry Potter, why not do the same for eclipse? ...It would at least be less shocking. Plus, In the book Eclipse, those who change into wolves have a tendancy to stay young until there is no more need to be a wolf.
