The government says we should have equal rights as 14 year olds begging to work, but did they ever think of what job choices we have? Why do we have limited jobs? Why does no one want to hire some one so young?

Well my opption of all these

1.) Odvesly not cause we have no job choices! yay lets go worldk at BK or Stop&shop or christmas tree shop. I live in massachusetts and those are the only places I get to work at. Cause of no one wants to hire some one so young.

2.)Well I think we have limited jobs cause the people of some industries think work isn't going to get done, we are going to show up late, we are going to do a lousy job. Well if we got off our buts and want to work in the summer time on week-ends I think we do that is our time for our selfs. Some people are always saying be a risk taker! If things don't work out things don't work out but that is a risk that people are going to have to be willing to take. If there were no risks in life, life wouldn't be fun it would be a big bore. Sometimes in life you have to fall on your face to realize somethings. Other times you think you going to fall on their face but you succeed. I guess you just have to be willing to make that change and no one is.

I think it is better to have a young person they can get things done quicker than some others. Also it would be easier to "whip" them in to shape to understand what to do and starting to young we will have that knowege. Some people may not catch on as quick as others so they work really slow, if we start off young it won't take was long and when we get to 16 we will ahve it down pat. We need to get jobs to learn responseabitity, and how to work with others, to teach us to dosomething. we could be at home, shooting some one, vandalizing. If the government gave us more of a chance not just in work but in ever thing there would probaby be less violence in the world we live in, I'm not saying we are perfect but people make mistakes but we learn from them as so. There is always goingt o be that one kid who just wants to be a pain and do that stuff but we (14 year olds who want to work) out number the kids who don't. They only look at the negitive things about 14 year ols working. What about the postive things. To every thing there is always 2 sides. But they only see it one way they need to open up their eyes. Be optomistic( postive ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REMEMBER us your voice don't do anything to jeperdise our 1 chance in a life time If this works.

I support this petition. i\'m 14 and everything I want to do cost. So im sat at home or walking about streets because I have no money. There is only boring jobs that are not worth the payment. My parents can\'t pay for everything. The goverment is not helping at all!
