I believe that kids should be able to go on whatever sites they want with parental permission. I think that all those \"13 and up\" and \"18 and up\" and \"18 and up and 13 and up with parental permission\" are all nonsense. I want everyone in the world to be able to use any site, regardless of age.

I support this petition. I have been banned from Kongregate - just because telling my age (10) on chat! A stupid teenager - who thinks s/he can do everything - reported me. A few hours later, when trying to sign in: \"You have been banned from Kongregate. Reason: Underage\" And some sites like AddictingGames even say if I don\'t reside in United States, then don\'t register!

Thank GOD! somebody that understands me!I am 12. From now it is only 4 more months until I am 13. I am a artist and I signed up for deviantART recently, It never told me anything about being 13 so I signed up as being 12. For a friend, I asked them how old you had to be. They said you had to be 13, I looked at my account. And I was banned for being underage, due to COPPA restrictions. They never told me at sign up! THAT was what pissed me off!!I HATE THEM!! (COPPA i mean!)Thank you for posting this! It really helped let my anger out.
