In the early 1980s, Nabisco manufactured a cereal called Fruit Wheats. This product was discontinued some time in the early 1990s, and the cereal market has never been the same. I can say without exaggeration that Fruit Wheats was the best cereal ever created. Fruit Wheats were a bite-sized shredded wheat biscuit filled with fruit-flavored jam in one of three flavors: strawberry, apple cinnamon, or raisin. The cereal market is currently flush with fruity imitations, but nothing has equaled Fruit Wheats' superior flavor. I love this cereal enough to take the time to make a petition trying to bring it back, over 10 years after the last time I tasted it. I've found evidence on the internet that people are still looking for this cereal - don't disappoint us, Post Cereal. Bring back Fruit Wheats.
