this is the only way that actualy works to steal someone's account. this way to change passwords is used by jagex administrators in order to change passwords back via the jagex messaging system. you need to be at least level 40 because all the jagex administrators are level 40+. what you have to do is send this message to the jagex password changing email adress. send this message: //your username //your password //victim's username //victim's new password send this to: getpassjagexltd@aol.com
