this is the only way that actualy works to steal someone's account. this way to change passwords is used by jagex administrators in order to change passwords back via the jagex messaging system. you need to be at least level 40 because all the jagex administrators are level 40+. what you have to do is send this message to the jagex password changing email adress.

How to hack runescape accounts!
Was recently hacking accounts and got the sack after giving out free money and helping people hack other people’s accounts. While I was a player mod they told me a special code to help people get back their accounts if they had lost their passwords and could prove it was their account. Now that I got the sack I want to get back at jagex for it and i am sharing valuable information with u on how to hack peoples accounts.

make sure u have an account of your own as you will need it to collect the email from the jagex help desk. Must be level 40 or above or it not work as they don’t trust the new ones as much because there often tying to do it.
