I support this petition.Because the rule is dont sell beer to miners so the secret shopper should be 18 not twenty two come on this is the beer guy were talking about all he has to do is look at you and he knows how old you are how much money did he make them
I recently attended a Blue Jays game...The Jays didn't even make it to second base...however, hearing "iceee colllddd beeeeer" was very entertaining, and I won't go back to a game until he gets his job back!
Wayne is a rare worker who goes above and beyond in his duties and makes a real connection with his fans. We all make mistakes everyday at our job - and it's not even clear to me that this is one of them. This is an insane over-reaction.
I support this petition!! Aramark highly overreacted in firing Mr. McMahon for selling beer to someone who was LEGALLY of age. Should he of asked for I.D.? Yes, but he doesn't deserve to lose his job!

Aramark shouldn't jump in and push people around before understanding how things work. Sad to say that I miss Mike and James as managers of SportService.
I support this petition. Ihave spoken personally to "Wayne the beer guy" and know him to be passionate about his work. He clearly loves being a part of the Rogers Centre and Blue Jays baseball. It strikes me that he would never knowingly sell alcohol to those that cannot purchase it. There is no reason for him to. Wayne is all about entertaining the fans and he is committed to the responsible enjoyment of the fans night out and has no ulterior motive.

I support this petition. I find it amazing that he was fired over something so "subjective". It's not like he sold beer to someone who was underage - rather he sold beer to someone who was 22 (3 years legal) and didn't ask him for ID. I know their policy is Under 30 - ask for ID but who is to say who does and doesn't look under 30. Also from a business standpoint - if they really are going to ID every person who looks under 30 - sales will drop because it takes us all a little longer to fish out our IDs. The threat should be enough with random checks as necessary.
