Since we have seen the slow and seemingly inevitable self destructive activities that we as a people have chosen to partake of and thereby create what is perceived to be a health crisis. We these same people have also decided to take action and corrective measures to return our once great people to our natural healthy state of being by signing this petition.

Since we have seen the slow and seemingly inevitable invasion of self destructive behavior which has led to high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, diabetes that we as a people have chosen to partake of and thereby create what is perceived by many to be a health crisis. The fortunate thing for us is that these diseases are preventable.We these same people that have contracted tehse disorders have also decided to take action and corrective measures to return our once great people to our natural healthy state of being by signing this petition to create a wellness Center on our great reservation.
