Wii is not a good name for any consol gaming system in the united states. Most of the gamers are male, younger boys who tend to be somewhat outcast, and don't want to be teased by their peers about playing with there "Wii". When I first heard Nintendo was calling their new system that, I thought it was a joke. I hope it still is.

I like the idea, but "Wii" is really a bad name. However, it might be a fake name that nintendo has come up with in order to attract attention, as several sources have indicated that That "nintendo wii" is currently NOT patented. Of course, there is always a chance that it IS the real name. At least "wiiing" will be the only english word with 3 consecutive letters...

Nintendo has to realise... NOT ONLY CHILDREN ENJOY VIDEO GAMES. the biggest market in games is for ages 15-25, when obssessive stages can set in and kids are old enough to play ALL the games they want.
