I support this petition. I had to have computer serviced because I messed it up trying to closed all programs because I was lagging on this site. Winster needs to upgrade server to allow increasing users to the site
I support this petition. I have only had day passes - but there are significant technical problems which have cropped up in late August/September. I love the game, but it makes it hard to play - and points are being lost, too!

We didn't have quite as many problems before the site was opened to and over run by the free players who seem to get more consideration than the paying ones. i.e. why were 200 spins a day taken away from paying players ... simple answer ... so they could be given to the free players.
Run a separate social services department for free players and quit discriminating against paying players!
I support this petition. I can't even play on the site today. It lets me log in, but won't let me into a room to play. It seems like it's getting worse day by day and it it more trouble than it's worth. It just isn't fun anymore. I thing don't change soon, I'll be cancelling my membership. It's too bad because I really look forward to playing and chatting with my friends each day.
I support this Petition. I love Winster site and the folks who play here. However, please don't lose all the great players again. Some of us have been through this petition process before. Certainly paying members should receive special consideration. I am sure you and your staff will respond.
I support this petition. Something needs to be done about this before all the friendly members leave for good. Im not sure what is causing all the lagging or points not getting credited, but it's not right to make us members pay for something that is not working correctly. Winnie, if your reading this, I think you should give all of you loyal members some extra points and spins for having do deal with these issues day after day. I support this Petition. I have been a paying member for about a year. When I first stared I made new friends, had fun playing & everything was running great. Now, the site is ALWAYS lagging, points are not being credited, spins are lost, pieces are lost & trying to trade is almost impossible at times so playing is frustrating & not much fun. I really used to love this site - but now with playing so difficult, it just doesn't seem worth the time or money. Plus so many friends have left because of the issues & the freebie players don't care & don't trade, its just not the same. Wish you would PLEASE fix the problems. Thank you.

I am cancelling my membership before the next billing period. The site isn't worth it. And if Jerry or Michelle are reading this, be prepared for the site to crumble because I am not the only paying member who is planning on leaving if the site issues arent fixed. With all the money we pay you, you should be able to buy a new server.
I support this petition. I am planning on cancelling my membership at the end of the month due to the problems the website is having. Some days you cant even log on at all and when you can, its so slow it isnt even worth your time to play. Then to top it all off, they try and pass it off oon your internet connection or computer. When EVERYONE gets the same message about the lag, I highly doubt it is the members fault. Its getting to the point where I'd rather play games on POGO and not win ANY prizes than have to deal with problems on a site I PAY FOR!!

I support this petition. It has been days since i could play the game. It has been even longer since i have been able to play a game and ENJOY it! Im pretty sure you dont prorate and offer refunds. So i lose out on my money and gameplay. I went and tested my bandwidth and everything you suggest i have a brand new computer and EVERYTHING is tip top as you suggest yet i still have lag and half the time cant get on the site! Please explain to me if we are paying members why we have those huge byte animated ads on the side of our screen? Particularly the ones who are advertising signing up for winster? Really getting close to cancelling as much as i used to love the site!

I support this petition. I am thinking of finding somewhere else to play with all of the awful lag. Not to mention trades changing what was traded and losing spins due to nothing spinning or changing.
I support this petition.I have been playing about a year now and this is terrible.I just logged off because I couldn't play decent games with my friends I have made in winster.And what makes matters worse I get messages saying my response time with the servers is too slow and I should close out all unused applications...now that takes nerve.I enjoy playing in Winster,but may have to take my time and money elsewhere if this lagging persists.My screen name is tm9fan.
I support this petition. I have been a member for a year now and the lag is getting really annoying. Many great paying members are quitting because of this. And many more are going to quit if this issue isn't fixed shortly.

I support this Petition. I am not a paid member but something like this shows why I most likely never will be paying for your services. Most game sites do this automatically, and it's ridiculous. My mother has been a fanatic for Winster for nearly a year and is now about to drop the two memberships she pays for. My Winster nickname is PsychicEspa.
I fully support this position. Lag has been a severe issue for all paid members and something has to be done before good players, who have been loyal to the company, leave for other game sites.
