I support this petition. I just got kicked off Winster and now I cannot get back in. This has happened to me many times before and when I complain they blame my computer system not their system. You need to update and upgrade your system to prevent this from happening all the time.
I support this petition. I have not been able to even get to the website for the last two days, keeps saying I am being redirected (but to no where). I have lost my spins now for 2 days. When you are able to get on, you are constantly being booted off or there is such a terrible lag, there is no fun in playing.

I support this petition. The day that I first discovered Winster a couple months ago, I signed up to be a gold member and am now regretting it. I absolutely love this site, but when I can't play, it is very irritating. I'm contemplating cancelling my membership unless something changes.

I support this petition. Can't login to their website anymore, their webpage doesn't even show up. Called the CS and tried everything they said but it doesn't work. Something's wrong since their "maintenance" on 11/09. I will cancel my membership before I get charge for next month service.
I am always getting pop-ups stating that there where communication issues and the the site is experiencing technical issues. Sometimes I am not even able to log on.
I support this Petition.just yesterday i had problems with my 800 spins.when i was down to the last 100 spins it wouldn't work.then pop ups came up and said winster would fix the issue shortly folks.if this happens all the time,it feels like going fishing;but,i didn't get a fish all day.games are supposed to be fun,not troublesome.

I support this petition. You can't spin and then it tell you how much of a delay there is. I am with the other members I don't have a problem with any other site and it is totally frustrating. I don't get on as often as I used to because most of the time I can't even get on.
I support this petition. This site is frustrating.Sometimes i cant get connected at all then i'm told my pc is slow to connect to their servers. I have a dsl ultra connection. I dont have problems with any other sites. I suggest winster go out and buy some new equiptment to help the membership.

I support this petition. Definately!!! I have made friends on this site (all PAYING!!!) We used to play every nite, but lately it is hard to even get in winster. If we do the lag is SOOOOOOOO bad that the game is not as fun as it used to be. I have already down graded my membership and am thinking about canceling it soon because I can never play any more. Why pay for something, if you can't use it??? Too bad, it used to be such a fun place!!
