I support this petition. As a Gold member and Host, I firmly believe we should not lose our spins if we do not log on. We have PAID for them!!! At the price of $120 a year we should not lose our spins!! I am seriously considering going to basic due to this fact alone!
I support this petition. It does stink because its fun to play the games but I have a small child and i like to be able to get on get my spins and off but it dosent work out that way and god forbid have something else up on ur computer as well...
I support this petition. I have mozilla firefox and since i upgraded, like mozilla suggested i do, I have not been able to play on winster because it is so junked up by ads. If the problem is not fixed by the 19th of February 2009 i will be downgrading my membership. How unfortunate because I really like playing winster but I do believe they have gotten a little to big for their britches.

I would also like to add the fact that i could not sign on at least 8 days I LOST 6400 spins in december I called to complain i wa told they were giving 200 spins for this mess up I paid for those only got rewarded 800 spins. I still want the 5600 now it is kicking me out of rooms while im hosting so I lose those points well that would explain why in bingo there was a Host teaching that did not know how to play the game bingo, I thought that was a requirement. As a host it is hard to help our new commers if I keep freezing or get bumped from a room. And I'm always getting a meessage saying that it takes too long for my computer to conect with the game it's not my computer it's the site.

I am getting so fed up spending my hard earned money and not being able to play due to lagging and continuous being booted from the site. 1/13/09 9:30 pm game in private room, nothing but players being booted, not able to communicate and all of a suuden a message. "This link has been broken" then "sorry this site is currently unavailable due to system maintenance. I can not log back in now 10:15 pm, and am severely frustrated and ready to move onto something else to do in a cyber community game setting.

Why am I spending my hard earned money when it has become a game of no longer having fun. Yet winster is raking in the bucks.

When I tried to play I kept being kicked out of the game and having to re-sign in, game kept freezing up and the lag caused myself and other players to lose game pieces which included Winnies and wilds. I can't even get into the web site tonight and yes, I'm a paying member.

This was a great site and I was going to be a paid member, but the lag is horrible and I can't even get into the site today. Many of the members have been complaining the past few days about it not working right..It's a real shame as the concept was one of a kind.
