I have a retail Wonder Years VHS tape with three episodes from way back. Therefore, it is surmised that there is a calling for home video release of this show (or that wouldn't of been made, right?). I need at least Season 1 - 3 on DVD. Now.
The Delay on the Release of The Wonder Years is probably this:
Think about the soundtrack to The Wonder Years. There's got to be hundreds of timeless songs from the 50's and 60's on there. All these songs have go through a contracted agreement to be used on the DVD boxset. This would take some time to get done. Artists and Label Companies want thier rightful royalties. If any song doesn't come to an agreement with the Artist or thier Label, then that song will be removed by editing out the scene or will be replaced by another song. It's happened before with other shows already, and the fans we're irrate.
I just hope The Wonder Years gets done right and it won't be too much longer for it's release.
Best TV show ever!
This is the best show that I have ever seen in my life, the people that I have talked to about this show even agree that this is the best show ever made. I stayed up every night when I was eleven just to watch this show, and it didnt come on till midnight because it was the re-runs. Please release a the seasons on DVD.
All episodes are available somewhere or another on the 'ner, some better quality than others, but you can't beat the Real Thing. I'd love to own this on retail DVD.

Please, Give the People Wonders Years on DVD. The show was genius, and heart felt. With just about every other TV show on DVD, most of which are obscure, why would you not release this very popular classic.

There is no reason why this shouldn't be on DVD. With all the great shows and increase in sales Wonder years is a sure hit. We hope Whoever is responsible is doing everything possible to make this possible. Keep up the good work. We're all waiting.
What is wrong with the people at Fox? They cancel an Emmy award winning show like Titus after 2 seasons (which thankfully will be on DvD July 12). But they won't release The Wonder Years?
I know at least 10 other people (and that's just close friends) besides myself who would buy this. You're missing a huge opportunity by not putting this out! Please consider it. Thank you!
The wonder years are still not dvd, or even on vhs, can someone explain to me, why this company is sitting on a potential gold mine, you could release each season at 40-60 dollars a piece and it would still sell out its, a gold mine people.

I've been looking for this series for a long time... I remember this was the only show I ever consistantly watched. Please bring it to DVD or even VHS, I'm not picky I just want to be able to enjoy my favorit show, ever, again.
I am a big fan of this show and I want this released on DVD now I don't want bootleg I want the official. The bootleg DVD is terrible to get anyways but please release this on DVD now we are tired of waiting.

i've been waiting for this dvd for such a long time. it makes no sense. dvd's for shows that shouldn't even go past the first season are created left and right, and no wonder years. makes no sense.
I love the Wonder Years. I grew up watching it. And I want to watch it now to be taken back to those "Years of Wonder". Please put it on DVD like every other tv show!!!
