4 Mar 2006 - 1:42    Dirk Nanninga : Two words: Toby Charles!
4 Mar 2006 - 1:42    Jason Karl : Please, get some announcers with experience with announcing the world's game. They are are out there. Your current line-up is an embarassment to the sport. US Soccer fans are an educated fanbase and a majority of us are grateful to be able to watch the games, but insulted by the presentation of these game in the US.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:43    Jonathan Solomon : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:43    Afonso Henriques : Don't make ESPN the Soccer Mom Network and cater to the real fans!
4 Mar 2006 - 1:43    john eapen : World cup is sacred to us soccer fans and your decision to put announcers that know nothing about the game is an insult to us. Dave O' Brien was just absolutley awful. Maybe I should switch to some other channel to watch the games.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:43    Christiaan Blaakman : I support this petition. If ESPN continues to insult its fans with "talk-down" announcers, than I will find any other network to view these games.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:44    Kelly Wynn : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:44    Doug Cuthill : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:45    Ray Smuckles : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:46    Phil McCracken : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:47    Andrew Boyd : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:47    Mike Hammett : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:48    Phil Baird : Your choice of commentators is insane! Do you dumb down the commentating of any other serious sport on your network? Please give us serious professional commentators who are actually experienced and knowledgeable!!!
4 Mar 2006 - 1:48    Hollis Miller : I support this petition. Why don't you subcontract some of the announcers from Fox Soccer Channel....better yet, why don't you sell the rights to FSC and be done with it!
4 Mar 2006 - 1:48    Richard Tea : I support this petition. Derek and Tommy, please.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:48    Doug Weber : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:49    Andy Giefer : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:49    Bill Schmidt : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:49    Darren Cholock : I guarantee that if O'Brien is the announcer, census USA will show following the World Cup that the amount of Spanish speaking citizens in USA will have risen tenfold...either put legitimate announcers, or its Telemundo for everyone.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:50    Thomas Trevett : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:50    Chris Hungate : I support this petition. O'Brien just doesn't know the game well enough. Rob Stone at least knows the game.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:50    Patrick Irwin : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:50    Philip Ziegler : I support this petition. I applaud ABC/ESPN for providing coverage for the World Cup, however, I wish they had hired true soccer announcers for the broadcasts.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:51    Joao Cagalhao : Poland is 50 km away from Kaiserslautern? We're asking for proper football coverage not a geography lesson...****** bags!
4 Mar 2006 - 1:51    Bruno Simòn Valdez : I TOTALLY support this petition. This is not a new problem. I have watched the last 2 World Cups on Univision or Spanish Radio while watching the ESPN images. This is the same reason it pains me watch the Olympics because the coverage is so US centric.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:52    Chris Hess : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:53    Nate Abbott : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:53    Karen Fullenkamp : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:53    Anna Kanaris-Perry : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:55    Tim : I support this petition. If I have to hear Rob Stone say "WOW thats a home run of a score"..."like when Barry Bonds cracks them out of the Pepsi Park"...
4 Mar 2006 - 1:56    David Bellamy : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:56    Stephen Edmundson : I support this petition. Maybe 20 years ago you could get by with someone who does not know the game. Not anymore. It's offensive. Please use Glenn Davis.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:56    Brian Weber : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:57    Leander Van Leohoffen : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:57    Dan Swearengin : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:57    Marnie Campanella : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:58    Raul Lizarraga : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:58    Peter Haug : Please get someone who knows what they are talking about on the air! I cannot stand hearing "filler" info during the game because the announcers have no clue what is going on. ESPN do not turn your backs on the real football faithful.
4 Mar 2006 - 1:59    Jack Dubois : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 2:00    Huey Ngo : I strongly support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 2:00    Anna Hickmann : get them off
4 Mar 2006 - 2:02    Daniel Rojas : I support this petition. With the current rosters that ESPN has lined up I will watch Univision and listen to the BBC instead. Please put Derek Rae and Tommy Smyth on instead. They know the game!
4 Mar 2006 - 2:02    Jon Arsenault : I support this petition. It seems ridiculous that this petition should even have to happen.
4 Mar 2006 - 2:03    Josh Kerr : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 2:03    John Simon Ritchie : I support this petition.
4 Mar 2006 - 2:04    Virginia Baird : I AM a soccer mom and I would much prefer the commentary of a consummate professional and student of the game like Derek Rae to some baseball commentator convert. I've watched the Univision telecast in the past despite my inability to understand a word but "Gooaaalll" because I found your commentating team so unbelievably annoying. At least the player names are pronounced properly on Univision. I would love to be able to listen to the telecast in english and enjoy it in the same way I enjoy your Champions league coverage.
4 Mar 2006 - 2:05    George Shook : I support this petition. There are better men to choose to broadcast these games. Like... someone that knows the 'game'
