OK so lets start with the basics!

Why do people let 4 talentless people tell them what to do?
Simon- Well Simon used to be a publicest running round in chicken costumes trying to get in front of ANY camera in sight so... That tells you were simon came from.Music was his first big break but he is not good at it
Sharon- All Sharon did was turn someones life around.
Danni- is only famous because Kylie is so... Thats the only thing these three have done.
Louis- Louis Walsh just hit lucky finding Boyzone! He used to manage Pub Bands. And from Boyzone it expanded so he is the most talent of the panel but still not alot.

So why let these boss you around? Is the question! You shouldn't
