We, the students of York Middle School, located in York, Maine, no longer wish to be forced to say the Pledge of Allegiance every day at school. Nor do we wish to hear the Wednesday Words of Wisdom every Wednesday morning.

I seriously think all that think that the Pledge should be taking out of school, should get the mother fuckin' stick out o your ass. The point of the Pledge is to honor America and the free land (that you live in) that so many men have die for. It is to honor all the veterans and all in the military. It is not to fuckin' stating that you believe in god or not. So if you can't have the common curiousy to honor all the men that millions and billions of men that die for you. You can get the fuck out of our country!

How silly is it that every morning we pledge loyalty to a piece of cloth? The flag doesn't make our country great; the Constitution does. If anything, we should pledge to the Constitution. What? "and to the Republic for which it stands."
