You Tube is allowing people to upload graphic videos of small animals like mice being fed to pet spiders, centipedes, piranahs etc.
This practice is unnecessary as many mainstream alternatives exist, and it is frowned upon by the majority of people who keep such animals.
It is also quite possible for "Feeder" animals to put up a defence and seriously damage the predator.
As well as the obvious suffering inflicted it is obvious that a lot of people seem to actively enjoy this spectacle.
One only needs to hear the "Owner" talking over the footage to realise that these people are not well.
Such merciless treatment of animals for spectacle can only engender the idea that such behaviour towards animals is to be encouraged and it in some way machismo.
It needs to be addressed for what it is-cruelty for pleasure.
You Tube -you are sending out a deeply immoral message to the public and you need to change your ways.
