i, actually do not support this petition, it just wouldnt let me change the heading haha. I don't have anything against the gothic movement, tis what it has turned into by those who follow it, and what it does the youth in my country, as im sure it has done to the youth in many of yours. Teaches them that simply "being different" (which none of the supposed goths truly are) is a valid lifestyle choice, when in reality all it does is increase the use of drugs, decreasing productivity in workplaces, lowering self esteem and openly supporting self mutilation and suicide in children. this is completely and totally unacceptable, its corrupting the youth and because of that not only do i disagree with the need for more "goths" i think just the opposite. until the foundations of gothism are made clear, and the morals of said group are changed, i believe that the gothic movement should be put down, by force if necessary, for the bettering of our people, and people worldwide. it has corrputed those close to me, and cost me a dear friend in the past, i wont stand by and watch it hurt others.
