This is so sad. How can anyone be so cold and heartless. The picture of this poor animal just hurts me so much. How could anyone be so cruel. This is terrible :(
Unfortunatly this kind of abuse will continue and not stop until someone in the governemnts changes a pets status from property into sentiant being. As long as pets are viewed as property these abusers know that the most they will get it a tiny slap on the wrist, I say lock them up, and throw away the key.
When evil is not punished nor addressed, this is the result. A spreading contagion of terror and horror beyond the minds capacity to comprehend. If Italian laws sanction this behaviour because it was done by humans, then they should seriously consider donating their severely malformed brains to science.
